I have been buying Lifetime Products for a very long time and I have never once been disappointed in the quality, durability, and price. As name implies, these products literally will last a lifetime. I shopped around extensively and I did my product due diligence before settling on Lifetime. Definitely the best value!

This was my first call to the company and they were friendly, helpful, and provided the parts I need easily. Jonathan made sure everything was taken care And left me with an unexpectedly good customer experience which is not always common these days. Thanks so much to the lifetime crew and their staff.

I bought the picnic table and asembled it outside without difficulty. There were a few pieces missing such as the two brackets and the umbrella ring but I called customer service and they replaced them without a problem. The picnic table is durable looks great in the yard and we have been using it a lot.

I had a 6 ft picnic table that was slowly falling apart because of weathering. I called to see if I could get replacement parts for the bench seats and table top. They no longer carried those parts and told me they would replace the table with a brand new one. Very much appreciated and great customer service. Would buy from again in the future with that much support. AAA+++

Bought a picnic table and the top was crushed one on end. Tried taking back to store with no luck. Called customer service. With in a week they were processing and sending me out new one. The person I worked with was absolutely fabulous, so kind and understanding. He was in contacts with me the whole week well they were taking care of things. Making sure I understood what was happening and to ensure me that I would get a replacement. Wish other companies would have customer service like lifetime has I will defiantly buy other lifetime products. I haven't received new table yet but I will review that when I get it. Hi there, Today, before throwing out my damaged Lifetime picnic table, I decided to call Lifetime and inquire about some parts to repair it. I’m so happy that I made that call today because I was blessed to be connected to a beautiful soul by the name of Shannon. She was soft spoken, and I could hear her smiling as we spoke regarding my issues. Shannon asked me some specific questions regarding the product and waited patiently as I took pictures and emailed them to her. She wanted to ensure that she was the person who handled my matter from the beginning to the end, and I was grateful for that. She was very patient as I took the pictures and she waited to ensure that she received each email with the photos. She knew how important it was to me that she was the person that I finalized this matter with. Shannon should be placed on the Employee of the Month list because she proved that she has what it takes to be an excellent customer service representative. She resolved the matter, graciously… I’m sure you make your parents proud! Thanks so much Shannon for making my day today, I am forever grateful!!

After seeing this table at a local venue's outdoor eating area, we decided to look for the same model. The table was delivered and my wife and daughter took my fun away and had it assembled before I got home from work. It works well for us on our backyard patio and really like the color and ease of keeping it clean.

We already had purchased 10 of these tables 2 yrs ago and they have held up well and our church members love them. They get a lot of use when we have outside events and since our church numbers are growing we needed more tables. They store nicely too.

Shipping was prompt and tables were what we expected. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that several of the tables had dented/creased corners. The packaging did not seem to be damaged when we received them, so not sure if the dents occurred during shipment or before they were packaged.

I bought this table probably 8 years ago, and eventually some of the sleeves that allow the legs to fold away broke. I called to buy replacment parts, and they shipped them to me at no cost! Apparantly they take the Lifetime name seriously! It will be an easy decision the next time I need to buy a folding table. Thank you!
