I bought my picnic table(s) a number of years ago. We have two and one side table that we used near the BBQ pit when serving. They are tough made products. Comfortable and easy to fold up and put away when not in use. We lived in Florida a number of years and in preparation for hurricanes it was nice to quickly fold them up and garage them. They've certainly been the answer to our backyard hosting of events.

Our Sportsmen's club purchased 30 of these folding picnic tables several years ago. They have been a great investment and have only experienced a few issues with the bushing/push button releases. That' where the Lifetime customer service even outperforms the tables. CSR Sarah was such a pleasant experience from most of my experiences with 1-800 customer service(??). Very helpful, courteous and the parts were shipped and received in a week. Good product and a great company, in my experience.Tom

We have approximately 60 of these tables. They are light weight yet very durable. The only problem that we have had is the clips breaking. The clips that hold the legs in when the table is folded up. I am not sure if it is the way that indivinduals are opening and closing the legs that may be causing the breakage.

I order this in large quantities for my business. I often have problems with the stores not having very much on hand or them not releasing the order to my pick up driver. So thankful they offer them online for delivery. This is much more convenient. We love these tables and will keep ordering them regularly.

I have been buying Lifetime Products for a very long time and I have never once been disappointed in the quality, durability, and price. As name implies, these products literally will last a lifetime. I shopped around extensively and I did my product due diligence before settling on Lifetime. Definitely the best value!

I had a 6 ft picnic table that was slowly falling apart because of weathering. I called to see if I could get replacement parts for the bench seats and table top. They no longer carried those parts and told me they would replace the table with a brand new one. Very much appreciated and great customer service. Would buy from again in the future with that much support. AAA+++

Very happy with the product thus far. The only thing I am concerned about pipe that goes along the top swings. I think it could be built of a heavier gauge steel to handle just a little more weight. That would be very good and would be a very easy modification to make.

I’m so happy that I made that call today because I was blessed to be connected to a beautiful soul by the name of Shannon. She was soft spoken, and I could hear her smiling as we spoke regarding my issues. Shannon asked me some specific questions regarding the product and waited patiently as I took pictures and emailed them to her. She wanted to ensure that she was the person who handled my matter from the beginning to the end, and I was grateful for that. She was very patient as I took the pictures and she waited to ensure that she received each email with the photos. She knew how important it was to me that she was the person that I finalized this matter with. Shannon should be placed on the Employee of the Month list because she proved that she has what it takes to be an excellent customer service representative. Shipping was prompt and tables were what we expected. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that several of the tables had dented/creased corners. The packaging did not seem to be damaged when we received them, so not sure if the dents occurred during shipment or before they were packaged.
