I got this for Christmas. It came in a box, so I had to assemble it. Assembly was straight-forward and easy to assemble. I did have to redrill some holes on one of the benches as the frame was tweaked a bit. The other bench went together like a hot knife through butter. I was surprised though that a "lifetime" table only has a one year warranty, but, it is what it is.

Had mine a few years (4) before it began to crack on the corners. It was protected from the weather setting on a porch as well. Plastic became brittle so stopped using it because I was afraid someone one would get hurt. Short time Lifetime table.

Exactly what I wanted - a simple picnic bench to enjoy the sunshine and have some casual alfresco food or drinks that folds away flat. Ticks every box for what I was looking for 👍

I had a 6 ft picnic table that was slowly falling apart because of weathering. I called to see if I could get replacement parts for the bench seats and table top. They no longer carried those parts and told me they would replace the table with a brand new one. Very much appreciated and great customer service. Would buy from again in the future with that much support. AAA+++

I’ve had this picnic table for a few years and only use it occasionally for family get together’s. It is most of the time hanging up inside the garage. When I was getting it out and set up, lifting it up The corner pulled away from its attached point on the frame. I called the service help number to see how much it would cost to get a new top. Having the model number ready they offered to give me the replacement. I didn’t expect that but was very appreciative for that offer

Our Sportsmen's club purchased 30 of these folding picnic tables several years ago. They have been a great investment and have only experienced a few issues with the bushing/push button releases. That' where the Lifetime customer service even outperforms the tables. CSR Sarah was such a pleasant experience from most of my experiences with 1-800 customer service(??). Very helpful, courteous and the parts were shipped and received in a week. Good product and a great company, in my experience.Tom

This was my first call to the company and they were friendly, helpful, and provided the parts I need easily. I bought two of these in 2006. They've been used and stored in a covered room every year. There are no words to describe my satisfaction. They are very stain resistant, portable and Stabil. they have been borrowed by family and loaded onto trucks. I gave only four stars because they finally have issues. I use things forever! I am attempting to order replacement benches, (seats) and it is a weekend. So, I'll wait for Monday. But they are definitely worth saving!

I bought the picnic table and asembled it outside without difficulty. There were a few pieces missing such as the two brackets and the umbrella ring but I called customer service and they replaced them without a problem. The picnic table is durable looks great in the yard and we have been using it a lot.

The 6ft picnic table is wobbly. Did hand tighten all screws but unable to get the wobble to stop
