[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who loves indoor plants, even with the most careful watering plans, sometimes gnats area a reality. This trap looks nice, and it works. I like specially the fan, as I find relaxing the sound. The only problems I find with are, you have to replace the sticky trap and the solution (you can make your own too)... and yet, it works as well as other traps that take less space. So for me, whose space counter is sacred, I don't feel too inclined to buy another.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] (I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review). I was so excited to try this out, but I’m honestly a bit disappointed. Let me tell you what I like about it first… It’s surprisingly small which for me is a huge plus. It fits nicely near my dog’s water bowls. and is pretty discreet. The package comes with 5 sticky sheets, which is plenty to get you started. It also has 3 different timer settings. Now, what I don’t like is that when plugged in and the fan is on, although quiet, it does make a somewhat annoying humming sound. However, the biggest problem for me is how much space there is inside the canister that holds the sticky sheets. When I went to check, it did have a couple gnats on the sticky sheets, but two gnats also were able to fly out… The bugs that get caught from the fan are sucked down, but are able to hang out on the sides… so unless you don’t check it for a long time, you may just be letting them right back out into your house. That being said I don’t recommend opening the canister inside your house! Also, the uv light is purple, and I’ve had better luck with blue uv lights for attracting bugs. I would actually recommend trying STEM’s plug in uv light instead instead, as I haven’t found this to be any more effective and it’s more than twice the cost of the plug in starter kit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster and STEM in exchange for my honest opinion. First off it was easy instructions. Like I mentioned on the other post this trap is for fruit flies, house flies and mosquitoes. I be having problems with all three when they come creeping in the house. This trap light attracts them to the trap and zaps them. This product does what it suppose to do. However, they say the kit comes with 5 glue trap but I only got one. I will still recommend this product though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a first time user, I was very impressed with this product. It is very easy to use and is fully functional in just a couple of minutes. I love how it combines the light and bug trap in one to effectively trap and kill unwanted bugs around the house without using chemicals. The bluish purple light definitely attracts little gnats and other small flying insects and eradicates them from your home! It is simple, effective, and very quiet! I also love the little touch sensitive buttons for power and fan speed on the top. Interestingly, I found that the low speed fan setting resulted in a slight whining sound which I found slightly annoying. Secondly, compared with other brands of sticky pads and soft glowing blue night light types (without a fan) the little purple LED lights on this are a little less pleasant to the eye. As long as it's not put at eye level or something it won't matter too much but I was somewhat surprised that the lights are horizontally placed and a vibrant purple so if in a bedroom or higher up it might be a little annoying to some. However lower down it's unnoticeable. I would prefer a softer glow strip rather than four very vibrant tiny LED bulbs. Overall though a good product that gets the job done and works well! I would definitely recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This STEM trap with a built-in fan is super effective for catching fruit flies. The soft purple light isn’t harsh at all, and setup is quick and easy. It runs without chemicals, making it safe and eco-friendly. Lightweight and compact, easy to move between rooms if needed. Maintenance is minimal—just replace the sticky pad when full. The only downside is the fan noise — a bit too loud for a quiet bedroom, but perfect for kitchens or common areas. For the price, it’s a solid option that works really well and feels durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally a product that works ! This fan trap was a breeze yo set up. Simply untwist the bottom and place a provide insect glue trap inside and plug it up. It includes 5 traps and a small brush to clean the machine when needed. I placed it on the kitchen counter next to our fruit basket and it instantly went to work. The fan runs very quietly while sucking the bugs to the bottom onto the sticky trap. I absolutely hate gnats, flies and mosquitoes and they are horrible during the warmer months so this little machine will definitely come in handy. It gets the job done without any chemicals or sprays! Win Win!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You for sure will need a plug close by but it is easy to use. The sticky pad inside is perfect for when it sucks in the flies. The fan trap is low in noise and easy to maintain. The cost is a tad high but works well so it is definitely worth the purchase

The fan is quiet and you wouldn't have any idea that this device is a trap. It's safe for our kids and pets. There are more insects each time we set the trap, wow !
