[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was an easy set up right out of the box. All of the instructions were right on the box. The cord, with the power block included, was very long so you could position it away from where it is plugged in. The settings for the fan and the timer were touch screen right on top. The fan was quiet and the light was not bothersome. The sticky pad that you dropped right in has no odors so that is all good. It did trap some pesty fruit flys in my kitchen but so far that was all. I did wish it was rechargeable rather than needing to stay plugged in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so for starters it comes with the fan trap, mini fan brush for maintenance cleaning, 5 glue traps, adapter and USB-C cable. The glue traps are thin cardboard disc shaped. You remove the top half of the fan trap, peel off one side of the adhesive on the glue trap and place it at the bottom of the fan trap and connect the top and bottom piece of fan trap back together. Then just plug it in. The top of the fan trap is touch screen. Touch the middle to power on and off. You can adjust the fan to low or normal speed. The fan runs quietly but I found the normal speed runs more quietly than low speed. You can also adjust if you want to run for 3, 8, 12 hours or run 24/7. When powered on it emits a light that attracts flying insects which will do well at catching them overnight. It works by sucking them down into the fan trap where they get caught in the adhesive trap at the bottom. You change the glue trap once it is full. It caught a mosquito after running for about an hour. It is only to be used indoors. Would even work great in a garage! Overall it is low maintenance and runs quietly. Very happy with this insect trap. Thank you!

Lots of bang for your buck! Even has a timer! You can see in the photos and video that I added that it actually works. I even trapped one in the first hour or so of it being plugged in! Oh and it’s pet friendly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's getting to be that time of year again. Since it's warmed up we like to keep windows open and kids go in and out to play. With that of course usually comes bugs. We have already started getting gnats and mosquitos. In the photo it shows the second glue trap we've used. The first one was pretty full. It doesn't take long to start getting bugs flying into it and the cleanup is so easy. It is definitely worth the price.

I have tried STEM products in the past and have always been impressed with their natural high tech approach. The product is safe for pets which is very important to me having just added a new puppy to the household. The fan attracts and traps mosquitos, flies and gnats. Uses scent and UV light to attract and kill the pests. It is attractive, quiet, effective and I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instructions for set up were clear and easy. I was curious as to how loud the fan might be but it was quiet. I appreciate the long cord as it makes it flexible to put in different areas and that it is free from insecticide. I tried this product in December, so not as many bugs as there would be in summer. I checked it after about 6 hours and caught a few small gnats and one stink bug. Win for me as I hate stink bugs! Can't wait to use it in the summer as our area always has an issue with fruit flies.

It's very light and the light doesn't make that buzzing noise. I can't attest to the effectiveness as I haven't caught any yet. I'm not sure what the fan is supposed to do? It just twirls inside and blows out but it's not anything you can feel so maybe it's to encourage that swirl effect to capture the bug inside the container. It comes with 5 refills which is kind and very sticky.
