[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The STEM Flying Insect Fan Trap receives a big thumbs up from my family.. The item was very easy to assemble. set up literally took less than two minutes. Once assembled I plugged the unit in and allowed it to go to work. As this is a fan trap, there is a very low level hum as the fan works. It sucks up huge mosquitoes with no mess. Our area had a heavy mosquito population this year and the stem flying insect fan trap truly made our life a lot easier. I rated a solid A..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went on a four day weekend vacation and turned this thing on. It cached all of these mosquitoes while i was gone. I didn’t rate it five stars because it didn’t catch them all. There were still some flying around the house. I guess it’s an alright product considering how some of not most of the mosquitos that were trapped more than likely would have been a problem to kill since they are tiny.

It has multiple features like the zapper plus stick tape for the inner bottom surface of the container. I left it out for a couple hours. Saw some bugs flying around and didn’t see them again. I didn’t hear any. Sounds or think it zapped any bugs but it definitely still kept the bugs away. I also like that you can select different running times. I would recommend that its good quality for the price.

I appreciate the long cord as it makes it flexible to put in different areas and that it is free from insecticide. I tried this product in December, so not as many bugs as there would be in summer. I checked it after about 6 hours and caught a few small gnats and one stink bug. Win for me as I hate stink bugs! Can't wait to use it in the summer as our area always has an issue with fruit flies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The STEM Flying Insects Fan Trap is designed as a chemical-free, quiet, and visually subtle solution for trapping flying insects indoors. It uses a combination of light and a fan mechanism to attract and capture bugs. Some users have found the device effective, especially in smaller, enclosed spaces, noting that it operates quietly and is a more attractive alternative to fly strips or bug zappers. However, others report limited success, with some stating that insects largely ignore the trap. Several reviewers mention that after weeks of use, the trap remained empty, leading to disappointment in its effectiveness. Placement and room size seem to play a role in its success, as it works best in darker environments where the light can be more enticing to insects. While the sleek design and chemical-free approach appeal to many, those looking for a guaranteed solution to indoor flying pests may want to explore other options or read additional reviews before purchasing.

Effective – Captures insects well, helping to reduce mosquitoes and other pests. Safe – Does not use harmful chemicals, making it user- and pet-friendly. Easy to use – Simply plug it in and let it operate automatically. Drawback – Slightly small in size, best suited for smaller spaces. This is a great choice for those looking for a compact, effective, safe, and easy-to-use insect trap.

It has a black light that attracts insects and then they get sucked up by the fan and stuck to the glue trap inside. I like to use this in the kitchen near fruits etc it helps keep pesky bugs away. Chemical free and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute little fan which traps little buggers! I was not aware that there were any but the contraption caught a few. It’s not nigh mosquito season yet so I can’t wait to use it when the summer is buzzing with them. It’s nice that it’s portable and can be moved from room to room so only one is really needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Way better than expected. The fan is very quiet and the light is not very bright. I checked it in the morning and it already had dead bugs down at the bottom. I was also appreciative that it had more than one refill. Some many products only give you just one, so annoying. It is very light and easy to open up. My nephews thought it looked so cool and like a spaceship.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! It’s pretty effective given I started having these pesky bugs in my bathroom and left it on overnight. It caught one so far. I think if I left in the living room or near a plant it’ll be more effective. It’s portable and light. There’s no insecticide only light and fan that pushes the bug down to the glue trap. The light isn’t too bothersome and the fan isn’t too loud.
