I am 50 years old with inflammation issues. Since I started using it, I don't notice back pain as much as I did prior to starting it.

I've noticed some subtle changes to my mood, enough that I will continue taking them. I have chronic brain fog will try almost anything in hopes of feeling better mentally. I have somewhat of a hard time swallowing larger pills and found these to be pretty large with moderate ease. I didn't have any aftertaste with these. As with most supplements a one month supply isn't enough to judge how the effect will be. Quality ingredients !

The instructions on how to use it were clear and easy to understand. It doesn't really have a smell and taste ok to me (considering I usually drink Tumeric juice often so I'm used to the taste. From the look of the capsules I feel like it absorbs pretty well in the body once the capsule dissolves in the body. Overall, I like the product and it's more concentrated than the tumeric juice I make
