I have not seen any decrease in pain levels or any other noticeable effects. I would be willing to continue trying it, but I dont believe this particular supplement is doing anything for my particular symptoms of arthritis. I also felt the packaging was massively excessive. I understand that with a huge market for supplements out there, this brand is trying to set itself apart from the rest of the bottles on the pharmacy shelves. The pills are very consistent they are all packed the same and seem a good packaging, plastic container it's durable and holds up if you're moving around or traveling. One thing I really like is that you only need to take one capsule to get the full daily value.
