The print on the package is small and might require a magnifying glass for some users to see it clearly. Turmeric is known to help reduce inflammation which in turn could help reduce joint pain. I was excited to try it and see if it helped reduce some knee and hip pain I've had recently I used this product daily for just over 2 weeks. I did not notice any change in my joint pain or recovery time from exercising. I am aware it could take at least 30 days to notice results. In most cases longer. I did not have any adverse effects from the product and will continue taking 1 pill a day as the instructions recommend until I finish the bottle.
