I do have chronic pain due to inflammation and honestly never considered trying a product like this before. I started to take it everyday and I have noticed that my pain is not as prominent. I do believe this helped with my chronic inflammation. Despite turmeric having a strong taste, these had no taste to them. They were easy to swallow and I will continue to use these.

The capsules are a reasonable size and you only need one for a serving. Tidy packaging, but the container could be smaller. It's a bit oversized for the product inside

The capsule was easy to take with or without other supplements with its smooth coating and not-so-large size. I did feel that the packaging was a bit wasteful and overly sized for the number of capsules. Making storage slightly challenging as a large square shape. The end results of taking the tumeric capsules was on par and as expected with tumeric supplements. I saw no drastic difference in results, and more importantly I experienced no ill wanted side effects. I would recommend these capsules to someone who may be looking to incorporate turmeric into their daily routine.
