My only complaint was that I bought the kit to use in the United States and when I open the box, it came with a European power supply plug, which does not work in the United States so I had to purchase a separate plug to use the kit very unhappy about that

I use this with my family in our RV. It's perfect for us and just plugs into the DC outlet of our solar panel. Just plug in set up on the app and go. Or after set up just plug in and wait 20 seconds for it to start up and become live. We use it mostly when we get to areas with poor reception.

This dish was supposed to be for sale in the Oman (Asia) region and not the USA, if you buy it and activate it outside of that region, then you will have to pay an ADDITIONAL $300 ACTIVATION FEE through StarLink. They bought it in bulk for that region and sell them cheaper in the USA, but in the end, it would cost you MORE $$$ !!!

I set the starlink up in my driveway before taking it camping. There are updates and getting the app installed so I would recommend doing this before heading out to the muddle of nowhere. The unit does ship with a European adapter because the power unit requires it. Really wasn't a big deal to me though. Once it was setup and you have a power source ( I used a generator and later a bluetti) and was amazed by how easy it us to use. I had speeds close to what I have at home. It was amazing! Find a clear line of sight and you have great speed and internet any where! So goad I got it!

This is basically a new product that others are selling for much higher price. I will continue to shop on walmart.com for future products or at least mix it up a little bit. I prefer to use Apple Pay for everything because it masks my credit card number and it’s much more secure. I hope in the future, you’re considering allowing your customers to do tap to pay.

This thing works great! I work in construction as an inspector, where now everything I need and do is online. The site I'm on now has very little cell service, so staying online and completing reports was almost impossible. The only thing I can criticize is that I didn't realize how much data there is in a speed test! 9 gigs on the first day. I couldn't stop checking the speed!

Starlink is a great product and Walmart had the lowest price

It was exactly what I wanted for an extremely reasonable price.
