I bought it for camping (not for watching TV) when I hit the dead zones for cellular coverage which is almost all the time, I use it for sending pics or checking on my place while I'm away and maybe an occasional phone call with WiFi calling. I also set up a power source in the SxS in the event of a breakdown or something else like an emergency, I can get hold of someone. Very easy setup and I can switch to standby mode during the off months or even use it at home in the event of Internet outage.

The kit works as advertised and connection to the satellite system is accomplished easily. Surprisingly, we used 33 gb of data in just 3 days. There was no access to video or gaming, just online news and answering email. So, as well as the mini works, calculation of data consumption is a bit of a mystery.

It wasn’t sure if it was going to be complicated to put together, but it wasn’t complicated at all. My husband had it set up in less than then five minutes.. It is a great product. He says that he gets service in places that he’s never had service before..

Absolutely stunning !!! With An inexpensive plastic suction holders ( sold separately ) I have attached this to my inner side sunroof and have high speed internet all over even when driving in no cell service areas — great for kids in back seat and with a separate power station ( sold separately) you can take this anywhere and have high speed service whenever including driving75 plus mph — plus a great back up system in case internet goes down - truly amazing !!!!

Bought it as a gift for my husband who decided to install it in our car so our toddler could have Internet access to watch their shows on road trips. works beautifully and a double win for us, we get our phones back, our toddler stays occupied and it's a quiet drive

Possibly the most impressive product I have ever purchased. I plugged it into a normal outlet, pointed it at the sky and within a few minutes had over 300mbps. Better Internet than my local providers and with no contracts. I got the roam plan and took the dish to the Bahamas and it worked on the boat and where we were staying. Data plans are very affordable. It's shocking how easy this is to set up a strong reliable connections. Looking forward to a better Internet provider and never paying Comcast or AT%26T another dime. Hoping this can replace cell coverage in the next few years.

Great handy purchase for camping or long drives where we hit out of cell range areas . Was easy to set up with starlink and they didn’t charge any fee for setup and starting services when I signed the device up to starlink . Great purchase

I really wanted them like this device and appreciate the nicely designed setup, guide and packaging, and of course, the product itself is well designed. But the big flaw is that you should be able to check with their app if your location is good for the device before you buy it rather than waiting until you unboxed it to find out that there’s not enough open states around it and have to return it.

Difficult to get a strong signal. And unfortunately the monthly data got to my limit after three days. The only good news is being able to put your contract on standby for $5 per month...
