Don't order via SamsClub.com! I ordered twice and both times I received an already opened, used item. 1 wouldn't even activate as it was already in use. The 2nd still had a previous customer return label on the package. I contacted Customer Service and both times was told to return and re-buy. Both times was told not to return to store but use the less convenient fedex return (which is not true...it can be returned to store). I still want the item...but in a new, unused state. Was told that there was no one I could speak to at a Leader/Manager level. Very Disappointed!

I really wanted them like this device and appreciate the nicely designed setup, guide and packaging, and of course, the product itself is well designed. But the big flaw is that you should be able to check with their app if your location is good for the device before you buy it rather than waiting until you unboxed it to find out that there’s not enough open states around it and have to return it.

Great handy purchase for camping or long drives where we hit out of cell range areas . Was easy to set up with starlink and they didn’t charge any fee for setup and starting services when I signed the device up to starlink . Great purchase

Great addition to the car when traveling off of the beaten path. Great speed, super easy to set up, and let's be honest, it's absolutely just a cool thing to have.

Difficult to get a strong signal. And unfortunately the monthly data got to my limit after three days. The only good news is being able to put your contract on standby for $5 per month...

This was a really great buy for our travel trailer. It was a little cumbersome to try to set up the account, although it’s really great to be able to suspend the service monthly when not using.

Good to experience the ease of connection. Setup is easy and straight forward by following the StarLink app. I will use it as my backup internet service.

Still waiting on the mounting pipe. Got the unit and haven't gotten set up yet. I need a service plan. Haven't gotten past the AI answering service to explain my situation to the company.

The only thing that worked four our camp. Our cam is located in the valley between two mountains and this worked great. My 15 installed it, set up the app, and you can cancel the monthly fee when not in use.
