This is an upgrade to my Starlink Gen 2 kit, this Mini is much better. It's smaller and more portable and with the router built in to it the reception is better at greater distances. The number of aftermarket accessories available for it is amazing, I bought a tripod with batteries in it so there are is no power cord needed. The $229 price is almost 1/3 of the Gen 2 receiver.
