I like to prepare this from frozen using the air fryer instructions. I usually coat with a little lemon infused olive oil.

It's just okay. The Everything Bagel COD was very good. Hope they bring that one back.

The everything spice in this really didn't make it but I am subject to drug testing and perfer not to consume poppy seeds and it has that. I also baked according to instructions and flounder was a little mushy. Not bad but not great.
