bugs galore. I feel like every time a new generation of the Pro series comes out it's a step down from the previous and I've had all four generations. I like to listen to my music loud but with every generation the maximum volume decreases along with the bass. My biggest gripe right now is just the fact that they don't work for phone calls. I have a Galaxy s23 ultra and when I try to make phone calls, half the time no audio in my earbuds. If I play a video that's in my photo gallery no audio out of my earbuds But I get sound when playing Pandora and no, separate audio sound is not turned on. The noise canceling is absolutely abysmal. I can have it set to tie setting and I will still hear everything perfectly fine outside. It drops out of noise canceling to ambient with the move of your head. I'm half tempted to send them back. In fact when I got the 3 Pro I traded in my 2 pros and regretted that decision. This time around I kept my 3s and bought the 4 Pro. Good thing I did because I'm getting sick and tired of these. seriously? Why is it that when I place a phone call they work less than half the time. No amount of disconnecting the Bluetooth reconnecting or restarting the phone or toggling between these and speakerphone or anything will fix the issue.

They are great to receive messages with and not having to pick up your phone and just being able to tune out the world for some good music or podcast. They definitely were a great pick up.

Adjusting the music better treble bass etc is easy with swiping down from the menu bar. Voice quality seems really clear from what others say. Active noise cancelling is awesome.

The sound quality is crystal clear with deep bass and balanced vocals, making music, movies, and calls sound amazing. The Active Noise Cancellation works incredibly well, especially in noisy environments, and the transparency mode feels very natural when I need to hear what’s around me. One of my favorite features is how seamlessly they connect with Samsung devices. Switching between my phone and tablet is smooth, and the touch controls are responsive and easy to use. The battery life is also excellent — I can use them for hours without worrying about charging constantly. That being said, the canceling of sound was much better with the buds 3 version, regardless of me swapping out for different sizes. The mic on the outside also brushes against my hair and makes an awful sound in my ear so I have to be careful if my hair is down. Still a nice headphone, but I feel like it wasn't really an improvement from last year's model

Easy location to switch modes, volume up/down is an easy swipe, no searching around trying to find the spot you're looking for, and the stem of the bud/pod isn't in the way or sticks out to far. Other than that the features are rich and plentiful, the sounds are superior in every way, noise cancelation is superb, ambient sound is like you're not even wearing anything in your ear, and (speaking of feeling like you are not wearing anything in your ear) the fit and weight allows you to wear them for marathon lengths of time with out feeling like you HAVE TO take them out. 10 of 10 great buds.

The quality is close, if not above, the Bose ear Buds. If they continue to implement their qualities in sound and quietness of the earbuds, they will exceed even Bose. Even the earbud translation feature is great!

Overall great sound quality and ANC, I typically use adaptive cancelling when working out in gym or walking outside but keeping voice detection on sometimes turns the NC off when singing along...
