The headphones as far as sound quality, ear stability, and longevity are excellent. The touch feature for pause/play/next is GARBAGE. The addition of the "pinch" aspect and it making the contact point extremely precise is dumb and annoying. Doing the aforementioned actions is made much more difficult with this addition and such is similar to the edge screen; a result of a little bit of too much within the OVERTHINKING department. What was once much easier and had easier nuances of use to navigate is actually much more difficult due to the again rather specific technology integrated into this model. Overall the headphones are excellent except for the that one piece that will definitely require some getting used to.

The new buds4 are far superior for working in my shop around loud noises. The ANC on buds2 would crackle at basically anything loud happening (hammering metal, running an air tool). I also found the the duds2 fitment to be very poor even after adding foam ear tips. The bud4 cancel out the sound extremely well, the only time they crackle a little is when blowing compressed air directly at them. The buds4 stay in the ear surprisingly well considering they lack the wings that I loved so much from the original buds+, somehow these don't work out of the ear at all. The controls on the stick were something that I didn't think I would like as much, turns out it's incredibly functional and intuitive, although they don't fit under ear muffs very well because of the sticks. You can get it to work but you have to wear them pretty low and it's not the most comfortable thing on the planet. The way the buds4 delivery bass is absolutely genius and the sound quality is stunning. I haven't had a chance to try out the galaxy ai yet but as well as everything else works I'm sure it performs as you would expect.

I can sit in a coffee shop and completely forget there are people around me. Sound quality is clean without being overly tuned. Bass is there when it needs to be, but it doesn't overpower everything else. What I didn't expect to use as much as I do is Galaxy AI. The way it adjusts audio automatically depending on what I'm doing like calls, music, noisy environments, is subtle but you notice it when it's working. Real-time interpretation during calls has also come in handy more than once. Fit is comfortable enough that I forget I'm wearing them, which for me is the real test. Battery life is solid too, and the case charges fast. Honestly my only gripe is the touch controls take some getting used to. Took me a few days before I stopped accidentally skipping tracks. But for calls, streaming, working out, and just daily use, these have become my everyday buds without much competition. I've owned every set of galaxy buds there has been, and these take the cake.

Was considering a different avenue because of the buds 3. They just didn't meet my expectations. I gave Samsung one last try before I moved on. Im really glad I did. Noise canceling is league's better than ever before. The fit is consistent and no longer fall from my ears like the buds 3 pro did. Amazing sound quality and for once I don't go deaf when a song is too loud. Finally! Get you some of these. You won't regret it.

They fit comfortably in my ears so I can listen to music and watch videos for hours on end without it hurting. Also these have great battery life so far I've never used them until they ran out of charge so charge is holding up very well. Another thing is the ANC it's very good it really does block out a lot of noise so I can stay focused on what im listening too which is one of the best features of these earbuds. Lastly I like that with the use of galaxy ai the earbuds have real time translation which I believe is a greag feature to help those who speak a different language.

I think it has to do with the great job it does to block outside noise. I heard the base and word more clear. Great pair of devices and awesome fit! I think I had issues with all 3 sizes of the buds 3 Pro where they kept falling out during a workout.
