Great new headphones
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the galaxy buds 2 to the pro 4 and I can see a significant improvement. Sound is clear, device is more streamed lined. And seems to be lighter in my ear as well. Been tinkering with galaxy AI for translations and it's been working out ok. Definitely worth the upgrade
Awesome but tricky product
I've had this product since launch and I love the features, the sound, the design, everything. I do have a small issue/complaint my Buds have since Day 1 have this issue where the sound cuts in and out repeatedly throughout use. I can use the earbuds at the start of the day for 1-2 hrs and I would have no issue but as soon as they are reconnected to the phone alter in the day the sound gets distorted/changes frequencies and quality. The sound would cut out in one earbud but not the other then come back to both or it would cut out to both. I talked to support when I first got the buds and he suggested waiting for an update and I have but it hasn't fixed the problem. I would try to take it to a repaire store but the nearest one is so far away. All in all its a very great product its jsut unfortunate that mine is either defective or broken, I dont know. Hopefully the next one won't have the same issue.

Excellent sound quality, as they fall out of ears.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using galaxy buds live for years because they're the only ones that stay in my ears. Every time a new set of buds comes out I buy them in excitement, hoping that they won't fall out. They always fall out. The sound quality is excellent. The noise cancelation is fantastic. The touch controls are annoying and less intuitive than other versions, but it's all irrelevant since they're always on the floor instead of in my ears. Like every other pair, I gave them to my big eared kids. They work fine for them. As for me, I'll keep repairing my broken down six year old earbuds and hoping for a replacement.

Amazing All Around

The audio quality is next-level—the bass hits perfectly clean and deep, and the treble is insanely crisp. On top of that, the active noise cancellation completely blocks out the world around you, making them perfect for commuting or just tuning everything out. They’re super comfortable for all-day wear and look incredibly sleek. Easily the best earbuds I’ve ever owned!
Pure Awesome

The sound quality is amazing right out of the box, but the Galaxy AI features really take them to the next level by constantly adjusting the equalizer and adaptive noise cancellation to perfectly match how they fit in my ears and what's going on around me. It makes everything sound perfectly balanced and immersive whether I'm listening to music or hopping on a call. They're comfy enough to wear all day, the touch controls are super responsive, and the smart features make them feel like the perfect upgrade.
Not a good fitting ear buds
It's a good sounding ear piece, but they are too big and fall out. If you are looking for a good esr piece go with the pro 3 ear buds. They fit prefect and don't fall out. The quality oft sound is good. Nose cancelation is good. It's the fit that discourages me. Im going to go back to the pro 3 buds and sell the pro 4 buds.

Huge upgrade from the Buds Pro
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently upgraded from the Galaxy Buds Pro to the Buds 4 Pro and I regret not upgrading earlier. The Buds 4 Pro is a huge jump in term of quality, comfort and a variety of audio settings that the Buds Pro lack of. Also the physical controls is much better than the Buds Pro touchy control because of accidental touches while adjusting the Buds.
Best Buds Ever

Good bass, excellent noise reduction for speaking on the phone or watching videos also listening to music. This is what I've been expecting from Samsung since the first Galaxy Buds. They pair perfectly with my S 26 Ultra for using my AI features. I am extremely satisfied with this product and don't see how they could improve them. They look great, sound better, are so comfortable that you forget they are in.

Love the ease of use, great sounds

I walk daily and listen to music while cleaning. My buds connect fast and are simple to use. Aslo able use galaxy Ai with my buds to ask questions. Currently listening to music while writing this review. I have always been a Samsung person, I have the lastest phone S26 ultra, newest buds and currently looking at the newest watch, I have the s7 watch series.
