I don't like how they fit in my small ears which is either making it so that I don't have a high volume or the actual listening features are not that great. I was really excited to upgrade to these earbuds and even broke the bank and got the pro ones. But the actual fit isn't great. The volume is not as high as I would need it to be especially when at the gym and need to not hear anything else going on. But I actually can hear people talking and even the machines. I've changed the settings and tried to update the volume but still get the same issues

Adjusting the music better treble bass etc is easy with swiping down from the menu bar. Voice quality seems really clear from what others say. Active noise cancelling is awesome.

Overall great sound quality and ANC, I typically use adaptive cancelling when working out in gym or walking outside but keeping voice detection on sometimes turns the NC off when singing along...

I've had this product since launch and I love the features, the sound, the design, everything. I do have a small issue/complaint my Buds have since Day 1 have this issue where the sound cuts in and out repeatedly throughout use. I can use the earbuds at the start of the day for 1-2 hrs and I would have no issue but as soon as they are reconnected to the phone alter in the day the sound gets distorted/changes frequencies and quality. The sound would cut out in one earbud but not the other then come back to both or it would cut out to both. I talked to support when I first got the buds and he suggested waiting for an update and I have but it hasn't fixed the problem. I would try to take it to a repaire store but the nearest one is so far away. All in all its a very great product its jsut unfortunate that mine is either defective or broken, I dont know. Hopefully the next one won't have the same issue.
