While the new design has improved fit and comfort, my favorite improvement is the better sound quality with cleaner bass and vocal response! The active noise cancelation, and transparency mode remain very well tuned, and battery life is solid. I am very happy with my purchase!

I've been enjoying listening to music way more since I got them. And the features I can say with the buds like "next song" or "volume up is very helpful. The Ultra high quality (UQH) is really good. I love the design of the case, the transparent cover is lovely in my opinion. I love the design of the ear buds. It's a bit longer than the airpods but once it's on my ear I dont notice a difference. The audio quality is really good after messing with the settings on it. After using it for a couple of days and messing with the settings it's one the great ear buds I have used so far. It doesn't hurt my ears at all and I haven't had any issues so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Buds Pro 4. I was hesitant to upgrade from the Buds 3 Pro but now glad I did. They have a deeper bass which is great for my music work out sessions and the enhanced AI ANC reduces background noise even better. Wearing these things outside on calls nobody even knows I'm out there. Using the AI nod to answer and decline calls is great. It's one of little things that make make life just a bit simpler. I am glad they went back to the square case. I had the buds pro 2 and when I got the pro 3 it took some getting used to not standing them up because it would fall over. So glad they went back to previous design and they added a nice tinted clear lid. The last thing I like to cover is gaming. I run Samsung TV throughout the house and switch to them is as easy as my phone. My games come through crystal clear, head tracking is awesome and the ANC is far better than any headset I have. Samsung has done it again!

It's a good sounding ear piece, but they are too big and fall out. If you are looking for a good esr piece go with the pro 3 ear buds. They fit prefect and don't fall out. The quality oft sound is good. Nose cancelation is good. It's the fit that discourages me. Im going to go back to the pro 3 buds and sell the pro 4 buds.
