They sit inside my ear canals perfectly snuggled without any ear aches afterwards. Ambient mode is passive and clear surrounding sounds are accurate. App controls are good and easy to navigate, the custom EQ settings with Dolby Atmos makes a Perfect Pair. Great design, lightweight and fast charge case. Comfort is great, sound is amazing, and its ANC is fantastic. Using the new Galaxy AI feature: "Audio Eraser" with the Buds4 Pro is like magic. It makes voices in videos with distracting sounds crystal clear. Overall, the build quality feels premium and I love the freedom to be able to set the equalizer to my sound preference.

These fit comfortably and stay in my ears even when chewing or yawning (things that made other buds fall out). The sound quality and noise reduction are fantastic. Connection is good and uncomplicated.

I mostly love the feature where it detects calls and automatically switches devices; it's so convenient. However, I didn't find noise cancellation that mind blowing. I think that it's a software update thing and will be fixed soon. Also, I love the design. It looks so premium, just like an engagement ring. The battery life is awesome. I love that they don't fall out of my ears easily and they really sons good! The adaptive sound features allow me to keep the music flowing while listening to coworkers and concentrating on my job! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded for buds 2 pro so can't speak for buds 3 but the sound clarity is better, it looks more elegamt. The only thing I didn't like is comfort and the seal in my ear was better on the buds 2 pro. Not sure if Galaxy AI does anything in the buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had always used very basic cheap ear buds in the past, I finally made the investment into the galaxy buds 4 pro and I am super happy I did. The features offered beyond just noise production are awesome, the translator, galaxy AI, and the noise canceling all work really well and blend seamlessly into the function of the buds. I will definitely continue using samsung for all of my personal device pur hases in the future.
