We're I think it needs more work is the fact you can't last a min in the sauna before they get super hot and they turn off. Unlike the previous model, you need good headphones to be in there especially if other tried to exercise or talk. That is annoying. The battery doe not last but two days.

From videos, gaming, or music the audio quality is among the best I've heard from bluetooth ear buds. The buds4 pro also feel great to use and ive had zero issue wearing them for hours at a time.

You can adjust the loudness of your buds in the setting for people with sensitive hearing and those that want a higher quality of sound. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bixby is much more useful with the buds pro4 than the pro3 in my experience, the microphone seems to be able to pick up my voice both clearer and in more muddled environments. The noise cancelation is even better which is impressive by itself. Im loving the gestures for use with bixby and with phone calls. Mostly with bixby for myself. They are sure to build on this as they did the Galaxy Buds3 pro and I am sure we will see much more to come from these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packed with features, the noise cancellation is excellent, along with the ability to access Gemini touch-free. Customizing the features in the settings is particularly helpful. When traveling I can set the level of noise cancellation, so while I'm flying I can have it on high but while I'm walking around and interacting I can have it on low. I do find my phone calls are more clear and those on the receiving end tend to complain less of outside noise. The say they are using AI in the mics to process the outside noise and minimize it. The Bud controls are a little better than the previous version but there are no external lights on the Buds this time. I am not a huge audiofile guy when it comes to music so I can't tell a huge difference in quality over the previous Buds but according to the specs they've definitely upped the game. I find the battery life to be more than adequate for my needs. I don't fly for anymore than a couple of hours so I've yet to test the maximum battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new buds 4 they have such a great sound n also stays in my ear the whole day i work in a job where im jumping running and also pickin up heavy objects n let me tell u they dont move plus with the voice control makes it a whole lot easier to pick up the phone calls play next track n also wit the head gestures uff went over the top I had the buds 3 pro but his is a whole next level headphone samsung u out did yourself with this head phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is super cool to just nod your head to answer a call and shake to decline. 100 percent difference from my buds 3 pro which I handed to my dad . Once I had these buds in, it was like I had nothing in my ear and was listening to music normally.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the last three versions of the galaxy buds and these are by far the best. They are lighter and more comfortable than the 3s. The case is smaller and so far doesn't seem to have any charging issues because the buds sit better in this case than the last. The sound quality is excellent. Clear vocals and nice bass. I am very happy with my new buds.

I have the original buds, formerly had the Buds Live, and still use the original Buds Pro, and Buds Pro 3...the clarity is so much better than Buds Pro 3, and a much better fit in my ears.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best things first - noise cancelling, amazing. Bringing back the soft tips - removal kept me from upgrading the last time. The fit feels sort of loose, but I have yet to have one fall out and I am a sweaty beast when working out. Not a fan - the stems. Big fingers are not great for the design. I miss just tapping the outside. And tapping the edge for volume rather than sliding up or down was much easier on a run Overall - decent upgrade from the last buds design, can not speak to the previous version with the stems.
