Voice commands feel snappier than on the Buds 3 Pro, responding almost instantly. Sound quality is subtly improved—not a night-and-day difference, but cleaner and more balanced across the mids and highs.Where the Buds 4 Pro really shine is in adaptive noise canceling. It's so effective that in a quiet room you can practically hear your own heartbeat when no music is playing. The new design also feels premium with a great finish and comfortable fit, though I admittedly miss the LED light strip from the Buds 3 Pro.I use mine mainly at work with adaptive sound turned on, so when someone starts talking I can still catch the conversation without removing the earbuds. Battery life is another big plus—about two hours longer than the Buds 3 Pro, even with all the features active.They're also perfect for solo workouts or shopping trips with active noise canceling on, letting me zone in completely. Overall, the Buds 4 Pro are a thoughtful and worthwhile upgrade over the Buds 3 Pro. I'm pairing mine with a Galaxy Fold 7 and can't wait for the One UI 8.5 update to start using the new head movement controls.

Swapping from music to a call is seamless and the quality is perfect. These fit better than most buds, as I have smaller ears. I have had Bose, JBL, Buds Pro2 and 3, and Air Pod pros and these are by far my favorite!

I've been using Samsung Buds since the Buds 2. The software was not the problem on the Buds Pro 3, so I don't know why they changed the noise canceling. First, it's too sensitive, I can be in the middle of listening to someone and a cart, luggage, etc. will roll by and the NC will activate. Now I'm listening to a muffled voice. Second, the adaptive has changed. Noise canceling is at some sort of half active state all the time. It's a huge difference between ambient and active. I hope updates fix these problems. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE get rid of the stem! On the Buds 2, I can flick my earlobe and adjust the volume. I work with my hands so I don't want to be pinching and stroking the stem when I could have just tapped the controls with my knuckle. I only bough these because I've gone through two pairs of Buds FE.

I decided to buy my first premium earbuds, and these were well worth it. The sound quality and ANC are top-notch, and these earbuds stay in my ears without issues. I went with Samsung since I already have a Galaxy S25 Ultra phone. Connectivity is rock solid. I bought these in the Pink Gold color to match my phone, and the color is gorgeous; it almost looks skin-colored. I highly recommend these.

The battery life lasts an entire day on the earbuds. I might have to charge them once a week. The noise cancelling is amazing. Especially when I'm in a loud environment. I can put them in and it will drown out the noise almost completely. The sound is very rich, and the bass is amazing. They sound really good. The comfort isn't the best. The features are very intelligent, intuitive, and work well. You can only connect to one device at a time which sucks. All the great features and intelligent design is meaningless if you can't keep them in your ears!! I hate how they fit in my ears. They are falling out constantly. Ive tried all the tips. Ive tried tips from other companies. Ive even tried grip tape. They won't stay put. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone. Especially if they want earbuds that they could use during any activity other than sitting motionless on their couch. Does Samsung come up with a solution, nope. They just keep making the same design over and over. What happened to innovation in the mobile market. Safe and iterative is the way to go I guess.
