[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traveled in an airplane and the noise reduction was awesome. Sound was excellent and the best sound I heard in any headphones blue tooth or wired. I recomended it to all my friends. The sound is clear amd the equalizer is excellent.

They are great to receive messages with and not having to pick up your phone and just being able to tune out the world for some good music or podcast. They definitely were a great pick up.

Love being able to have both headphones in and turn on the ambient sound so I can still hear what's going on around me. I switch back to Samsung from Shokz open fit and the only thing I miss about the shokz is connecting to 2 devices (my computer and my phone) and be able to answer phone calls on both of them.

I purchased them in Mid April and used them almost every day. They were my first buds pro from samsung, I absolutely loved everything about the ease of use, connectivity to my device, audio quality and how the fit in my ear. I lost them last week and I cannot find them, I don't know if I misplaced them or someone took them. I cannot find them via find or smart things and but I am so mad that I cannot locate them!!.🥹🥹

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality on the Galaxy Buds4 Pro is better than any other earbuds that I've tried and the noise canceling is awesome. The fit is extremely comfortable as well, I wear these for hours without feeling any discomfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The news buds4 pro are an amazingly great pair of buds. exceptionaly better than the 3's. I use my new buds at work and when I'm traveling to and from work. At work they make things so much easier when working with the newest AI version. The buds drown out any background noise making them virtually noise cancelling. They make working a AI chat bot super easy due to the fact that it catches only my voice, even in a crowded space. Overall, these are the best buds that Samsung has put out yet so glad I got them. I will probably be getting my husband a pair for Christmas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear these at work and the gym, it has the battery for both with some to spare, the swipe controls on the buds are great too, I like that they work when my hands are sweaty or wet as well. The galaxy ai works great to for the voice canceling, make me feel like I'm in my own world at the gym lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds deliver an outstanding audio experience with deep bass and crystal-clear high tones. The active noise cancellation is incredibly effective, allowing me to completely focus during my daily activities. I regularly use the integrated artificial intelligence features, which automatically optimize the sound based on my environment and assist me with real-time translations when needed. They fit securely, the battery life is excellent, and they integrate seamlessly with my other devices.

These are the most uncomfortable earbuds of any that we own, no matter what tip is put on it. Usually earbuds will fit at least fit one family member. It was 100% unanimous about how uncomfortable these are compared to any previous Samsung earbud models we own, and definitely more uncomfortable than competing wireless and wired earbuds. I wish we could return them -- they're sitting unused in a box because as soon as someone puts it in their first reaction is to say, "I hate these" and rip them out. Again, we've tried multiple tips but the issue is the way the actual bud piece - not the tip - fits into the ear. One family member did last long enough to listen and said the sound was somewhat better than older models, and they were definitely easier to use, but they were too uncomfortable which detracted from the enjoyment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are fantastic!!! I love everything about them!!! The app makes setting up and changing settings incredibly easy! I wish they were a little louder, but that being said, the sound QUALITY is EXCELLENT!!! Active noise canceling can make it where you can't hear ANYTHING but your music, or you can activate adaptive sound and be able to hear all of your surroundings. There's even a mode where noise canceling is active, but when you talk it changes to adaptive sound. Add in the fact that Galaxy AI can translate other languages, LIVE, directly to your ears, and it seems pretty obvious that you can't get a better pair of headphones on the market!!! You can also use the Galaxy AI assistant to do pretty much anything on your phone, such as create reminders, events, and alarms! The sound quality on calls is crystal clear, and the mics pick up the perfect amount of sound without any static at all!!!
