I've been using Samsung Buds since the Buds 2. The software was not the problem on the Buds Pro 3, so I don't know why they changed the noise canceling. First, it's too sensitive, I can be in the middle of listening to someone and a cart, luggage, etc. will roll by and the NC will activate. Now I'm listening to a muffled voice. Second, the adaptive has changed. Noise canceling is at some sort of half active state all the time. It's a huge difference between ambient and active. I hope updates fix these problems. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE get rid of the stem! On the Buds 2, I can flick my earlobe and adjust the volume. I work with my hands so I don't want to be pinching and stroking the stem when I could have just tapped the controls with my knuckle. I only bough these because I've gone through two pairs of Buds FE.

Samsung has made a product with a extraordinary quality as always, but this time it has exceeded all my expectations. The quality of the sound fells more round and filled from last year. The bass is deep, and the mid and high frequencies have been improved and do not distort at maximum volume. New features like head gesture for take or cancel a call are really useful. With the Galaxy AI I can translate in real time what the people are telling me in other languages, making a huge difference in my daily life experience and job environment. 100% recommended not skip this buds!

I chose the Black Buds4 Pro and have used them side by side with the 3rd generation. Audio quality and noise cancellation improved. I consider myself an audiophile, so I'm hard to impress. One area the 4th generation could improve is call quality related to the microphone. The quality is solid for me but I have had calls where the person on the other end has had trouble hearing me. Samsung dominates the market in delivering a seamless cross platform experience for with your Buds4 switching between your devices as needed or active on multiple devices at the same time. I am not usually a fan of gloss finishes or transparent plastic so I keep mine on a case to protect the headphones and give the case the look I personally enjoy!

I lost my buds pro 3 so I figured I'd replace them with these and the I am glad I did! They sound amazing, base is good the noise cancelation features, ambient and overall new gestures features are cool! Glad I chose to buy!

New Samsungs Buds4 Pro have good noise cancelation, bass and overall sound is good, and stay in my ear even when working out and running. This design/style of headphones usually don't stay in my ear long. I recommend these to anyone looking for some new headphones.
