Gone are the light blade gimmicks from the 3 pro and the more practical stream lined and sleek design of the pro 4's. However these do come with the same type of silicone ear tip as the pro 3's and are plagued by the same issue as before. I accidentally ripped my medium ear tips when attempting to get a proper ear tip fit and had to contact support to get a replacement set. While I'm still not quite sold on the stem on the bud since I wear earrings and every so often the stems knock on my earring when I wear them. As of this writing there is a odd bug in the buds software that turns up the volume or skips to the next track randomly even when I'm not touching the bud. The charging case we have this time around is very well designed and I was more of a fan of the square design from before. While it's only a couple weeks old, the case is already showing signs of wear and scratched from slipping them in and out of my pocket. These do feature a noise cancellation feature that works well enough for some low and medium background noise. The Ai features are lost on me since I don't ever use them and consider them more of a gimmick rather than a real feature to recommend. Overall, these are a good change from the pro 3's but the shortcomings from before still hold it back on terms of a solid upgrade choice from the pro 2's. Would I recommend these to someone? No. I do like the buds pro 4 and I think they're an improvement from the pro 3's but I would still probably pick out the pro 2's again if they upgraded the internals to match the pro 4's.

I had zero complaints about the old pair Galaxy Earbuds and had considered just repurchasing them. I love they way they look, very classy. They sound great. I loved everything about them they are comfortable for my runs and sweat resistant I loved them and still do. Recently for my birthday I was gifted the brand new galaxy buds 4 pro. They are indeed an upgrade so many features im still unlocking but the earbud to an 8 to 15 mile run is 100% durable long lasting and sweat proof. The sound quality whether it be my music or street are excellent! Whether its for my daily runs or work mode these buds are the most reliable and resilient buds with all the upgrades.

They frequently disconnected and if you don't time it right, will hang up a call if you try to switch ear buds. The sound quality for someone on a call is worse. Also, the settings are inconsistent. Sometimes the notifications for messages play in your ear and other times nothing. If the message does play, there's no option to just say "message" like before. It only has an option to read the sender's name. If it's a group message, it reads every person's name. Really annoying.

They have many great features especially with other devices such as galaxy tab as they auto switching between devices is very nice. I also think the sound quality and ANC are great on them. I am very happy that I chose these earbuds.

They're not the beans that fell off your ear easily; they really sit and stay! Nice for workouts or any type of activity, like testing if it falls off is a huge thing!
