[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are noticeably better then the Galaxy 3 Pro buds. They sound better, the sounds are richer and clearer. I also really enjoy the new charging setup, on the Pro 3 setting them vertically down so they had to charge sometimes they wouldn't charge correctly so laying them flat this time seems to really work a lot better. The case is sturdy and stays closed so that's nice. The fit is good the medium buds work perfectly. I also like the AI controls, the translate feature is very useful for me, as I work in a very diverse environment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using the buds4 pro for everyday use. Music, videos, any forms of entertainment, etc. sound fantastic on them. The sound adjustment is easy, but sometimes finicky. They feature a premium metal finish and a far better fit than I have found with past earbuds. There are some cool features such as Galaxy AI, live translation, and other gestures that make the device well rounded and adept to diverse tasks. I highly recommend these! I came from the Buds2 pro and I have to say that these have surpassed my expectations. The sound quality is exceptional and transitioning between devices is seamless.

Nice sound, good hardware. Secure fit for me, if maybe a bit uncomfortable over long periods. If you're looking for rich hands-free features and connectivity but do not have the newest phone, etc (android 16, OneUI 8.5 and up attow) go with the FE Buds or something. Out of the box this will only give basic music, call, and volume controls. Voice assistants are inaccessible. Would have expected a much higher degree of compatibility at this price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds pro 3 were great but the pro 4 are one heck of an upgrade, from the sound to the improved A.I. Voice commands makes it easy to navigate without touching my phone, so far I love everything about them, and I havent tired all the functions yet but so far it's a grade A+ in my book.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Buds 4Pro prior to a business trip to France. I wanted to experience the use of Galaxy AI via the live translation functions built into my Galaxy S25+ and the Buds 4Pro. The sound is fantastic! The translation is taking a bit of time to get used but I think I'll get there. The one significant downside to these earbuds is with the microphone during live calls. The person I was speaking to constantly told me my voice was muffled and/or "tinny". I rely on buds for business calls, Teams meetings, etc. Hoping a software update is released SOON! Samsung Buds 4Pro CAN be a 5-star product if the microphone and noice cancelling is improved ASAP.
