Hello there Shaju, Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds4 Pro. These earbuds are designed to deliver premium sound and performance, ensuring a reliable listening experience in various environments. The optimal temperature for using the Galaxy Buds4 Pro is between 32°F and 95°F (0°C and 35°C). Continuous use or charging in extreme temperatures can speed up battery deterioration. If the earbuds are briefly exposed to extreme temperatures, built-in safeguards will activate to reduce battery performance issues. Charging may be limited to protect the battery if the temperature goes outside a certain range. To prevent unexpected shutdowns and damage to your Galaxy Buds4 Pro, it is advised to use the earbuds within the designated operating temperature range.
