Hi there Jwunder, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The Galaxy Buds4 Pro are designed to deliver premium sound quality and seamless integration with Galaxy devices. If you're hearing a hissing noise, it might be related to features like Ambient Sound or Active Noise Cancelling (ANC). Anything covering the speakers can cause feedback, so we suggest keeping the earbuds free from obstructions. If you continue to notice this behavior, please reach out to our Samsung Support Team to report your experience and receive additional tips and tricks in real time. We’re glad to hear that you are enjoying the audio quality. Thank you for being part of the Samsung community. -Ty Samsung Support smsng.us/Samsung-Support Samsung Community smsng.us/Samsung-Community Facebook smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger X https://smsng.us/X-Messages
