[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the buds 2 and buds 3 pro in the past and these are definitely an improvement. The ambient sound if 10x better than buds bro. As well as the sound quality. Now, the two thing they could improve are the anc, which isn't bad at all but could be ever so slightly better and bateey life. I wear my buds basically all day so I need a strong battery life. Also love the live Galaxy AI live translation. Work wonders when going to Europe or Mexico.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to these from my Buds 3 Pro, one update that I like is the charging ports. With the Buds 3 I would constantly get error messages that they weren't charging because the connection wasn't clean, which never made sense since I wasn't sweating over them or covered in dirt, I work an office job. The design change fixed that issue. The case has been redesigned as well which prevents it from accidently opening in my pocket. The Buds fit perfectly and while my Buds 3 would sometimes slip out of my ears over time, the Buds 4 stay in my ears, they don't even shift slightly with regular movement. The noise canceling and ambient sound modes are superior and the sound quality and bass are pitch perfect. These are definitely my new favorite ear buds.

The thing that could use more improvement is the touch pinching functions. This seems more difficult than the old touch functions of any other Galaxy Buds series. The new Galaxy AI feature seems to work nicely with voice.

Great sounding mic for call or meetings. Translation in real time for travel. Noise canceling for noisy or public places while chilling or allow ambient sound when you need to know what's around you. I love how with the Galaxy AI it can let you know who texted you. It allows me to not have to pull my phone out unless I know it's from someone important. The Buds 4 pro has plenty more features that I have not fully tested but with the enhancements to battery life you have ample time to try them out. The Buds 3 pro used to last me from 8am to around 2pm while at work. I would have to switch to the other bud. With the Buds 4 pro one bud lasted me all day with almost constant use. I was at 1% when I got home from work at 7pm. Side note! These have been the most comfortable Buds yet! Have tried almost all of them since the Buds 2 none compare when it comes to sound or comfort. All day in ear with no irritation or pain.

I upgraded to these Bud Pro 4's from the 2nd generation, and let me just say I'm shocked. Samsung knocked it out of the park with these. I was skeptical about the design change, from the jelly bean style to the airpod style, but these things fit my ear perfectly and are comfortable. I don't have to worry about them falling out either. The audio quality is incredible. I have tested the noise canceling in very noisy environments like the injection molding facility I work at, grocery stores, and the gym. Silence. The ambient sound mode also is nice for still being able to hear what you need to hear. Battery life is also a big win with these. I feel like the audio quality is so good I no longer have to listen to the music on max volume. I highly recommend the upgrade
