However, I do not understand why Samsung decided to remove the buds from the wear app and move them to the system settings. It's such a pain to get to it now if you want to change settings. I change equalizer settings all the time. Can't put a shortcut to the system settings on the home screen.....Why did that have to be changed? What's the possible advantage? Also, can't get the widget to work and that seems to be a common problem. I hope they'll fix at least that.

They have no problems picking up my voice when asking Galaxy AI questions. Playback is loud and clear when AI reads aloud my answer to my question.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the buds, great features but the feel is really plastic and cheap especially the transparent top. Even the buds feel too plastic and cheap, like those dupes. Although the features and all are really good.

I pre-ordered the new pro-4s love the sound, noise cancelation is great, fit is comfortable. Will definitely recommend to any and new Samsung fans. There are two things I don't care for, first case is a little bulky, and the turn on device by squeezing the side is annoying, rather than the simple tap.

Let them charge up before using on my wireless stand which they charged in no time!. Afterwards turned them on and began pairing. Smooth and easy on getting them in my Bluetooth. Understanding how to change songs and volume on these is waaay better than the buds 3 pro. Most likely will buy a 2nd pair soon!

I can sit in a coffee shop and completely forget there are people around me. Sound quality is clean without being overly tuned. Bass is there when it needs to be, but it doesn't overpower everything else. What I didn't expect to use as much as I do is Galaxy AI. The way it adjusts audio automatically depending on what I'm doing like calls, music, noisy environments, is subtle but you notice it when it's working. Real-time interpretation during calls has also come in handy more than once. Fit is comfortable enough that I forget I'm wearing them, which for me is the real test. Battery life is solid too, and the case charges fast. Honestly my only gripe is the touch controls take some getting used to. Took me a few days before I stopped accidentally skipping tracks. But for calls, streaming, working out, and just daily use, these have become my everyday buds without much competition. I've owned every set of galaxy buds there has been, and these take the cake.

I think it has to do with the great job it does to block outside noise. I heard the base and word more clear. Great pair of devices and awesome fit! I think I had issues with all 3 sizes of the buds 3 Pro where they kept falling out during a workout.
