They're small pearls but they'll fill you fast and it's really easy to cook. I tried following a recipe online and the one I followed is just one of many.

I feel a lot of people don't gravitate towards couscous when picking a dish and it's a great substitute for rice. It is extremely delicious, especially of this size couscous and is really easy to cook. This couscous cooked up to perfectly from toasting it in the pan to how it soaked up the bone broth. The container it comes in is perfect for storing it in my cabinets without worrying it'll go bad or get invaded by critters/insects. No need to decant it into another container, this one is already perfect! I will absolutely buy more of this couscous and it actually presents very well, I'd likely cook it as a side dish for my dinner parties.

Usually I clean and water to get rid of any major pieces of dirt. The container is super easy to open/ close and I like the clear packaging because I can tell when I'm running low. You can easily pair this with salmon, for a tasty and healthy meal.

You just boil some water, measure out the couscous (and you can add a slab of butter and some salt for more flavor), then simmer until it's ready. I usually serve it as the base of a protein-veggie bowl with chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, avocado, greens, capers and we add tzatziki and tahini on top. It's the most satisfying dinner in our lineup which is why we cook it every week. This pearl couscous from RiceSelect is so delicious and has the best dense texture. The packaging is great because it keeps it in an easy to open and seal container that keeps it fresh and is convenient to store. Plus, it's a big container so it lasts a long while - what a great value! I'm looking forward to trying more rice and grains from this brand.

My four year old loves it so I always need to make extra for her. This is a brand I've used again and again. The instructions are easy to follow and you can dress it up however you want to make a tasty side or part of a dish. Most recently, I added cheese to make it 'couscous and cheese' and my kids loved it! Great addition to any pantry.
