[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was so delicious and yummy. I'd never had couscous before and I'm not great at cooking rice so I was a bit nervous I'd mess this up. I should have never been worried. The preparation of this was so easy. The flavor was also superb. The texture/grain wasnt strange or mushy either. The flavor was the perfect compliment to my meal. The packaging was great because I didn't have to use it all at once and could re-seal to keep the remainder fresh.

I had only ever had the tiny couscous, but this is so much better in my opinion. The pearls are larger and have a pasta like taste. If you like rice and pasta, but want to mix up your sides at dinner and feel a little fancy, this is the one for you. It also is great in cold salads with Mediterranean flavors like feta, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.. Highly recommend!

My 3 year old daughter loves couscous and this is no exception for her- she loves it too! I really appreciate that the only ingredient is wheat flour and that there are no goofy add ins. It's very easy to cook...just boil water, add salt and olive oil/butter if desired, and then cover and simmer. I even forgot to simmer it for the first two minutes and it still turned out great! It really holds the salty flavor in a good way if you do the recommended amount. We made a stir fry with the cous cous as a base. It holds together nicely but can be sticky after awhile. Making it with a sauce really helped negate the sticky issue. My picture looks funny because of shadowing...the cous cous is only white in appearance while cooking on the stovetop. I will definitely purchase again! I was incentivized by Influenster and RiceSelect in exchange for my honest review.

It was so easy to cook up, simply add water to a pot, follow the simple directions to cook, and the flavor possibilities are endless. The texture was a creamy smooth pasta, with a little bounce. It paired great with some pork, but could also be the main or a side! The value of the container is fantastic as well, I made two servings and it barely made a dent in the amount left!
