RiceSelect couscous is the brand my family has used since we're kids. It's impossible to mess up, the texture is consistent, it's always eaten right up. I'd recommend this brand to anyone.

It cooks up easily and quickly - I like to use my rice cooker to eliminate having to use the stove. One of my favorite was to eat pearl couscous is with sautéed bell peppers and onions, turkey smoked sausage or kielbasa, and a drizzle of Greek vinaigrette dressing. My kids love that it's like little balls of noodle. I love the twist cap to keep the couscous fresh in the pantry. Always a nice base for a good meal at our house!

I feel a lot of people don't gravitate towards couscous when picking a dish and it's a great substitute for rice. It is extremely delicious, especially of this size couscous and is really easy to cook. I should have never been worried. The preparation of this was so easy. The flavor was also superb. The texture/grain wasnt strange or mushy either. The flavor was the perfect compliment to my meal. The packaging was great because I didn't have to use it all at once and could re-seal to keep the remainder fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a hyper fixation meal of steak salad for the past two weeks. Adding in the couscous was probably one of the best ideas that I've ever had. The couscous did not really have an aroma. I definitely used more than I should've because I forgot that couscous is basically a grain and it definitely acts like rice. The packaging is great. It is easy to scoop out for correct portion size. I will definitely have this couscous for a while since the package is very big and I don't really eat much. Overall, the couscous was amazing to add into dishes so that there is more volume.
