I am thoroughly amazed at how easy the indoor smoker is to use. On the day I received mine, I was able to make a batch of pulled pork from pork butt, and the taste was amazing! I highly recommend this smoker to anyone out there who wants to get into smoking meats, vegetables, or anything else, but doesn’t have the space or ability to smoke outside all year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this smoker cooks the food. It's so simple to use. Setting it up was easy as well. When it's time for clean up the racks come out and it's pretty much just a wipe down. It can smoke a lot at one time. I use this everyday now because it's healthier since I don't have to add butter and it also tastes better then if I grilled it. My favorite part is that while it's smoking I can do other things. The timer works great and once the cooking timer is over it automatically goes into the warming option.

Smoke ring is a bit lacking, smoke flavor was not what I expected, cleaning the machine is the reason for the 3 star rating - it is not an easy machine to use for that reason alone and cost was substantial. Cooking features, temperature, electronic monitoring all are nice and useful.

The smart indoor smoker uses wood pellets to generate that authentic Smokey flavor. Precise smoke controls and no Smokey house! There’s a drip try so meat juices don’t get everywhere. It’s stainless steel and black so it looks sleek in the kitchen. No more freezing outside to smoke meat. It’s all indoors for me. The steak I made was the most moist, juicy steak I’ve ever had and on top of the taste, it tasted as if it was cooked on an open fire. Slow and even! This is the ultimate Christmas, birthday, every day gift for anyone who loves the smoke flavor. Next I’m trying brussel sprouts! Can’t wait. And the wood pellets smell so amazing! I have 4 different flavors to try. Which one will be the favorite? Probably all of them! Run! Get one now! Installing this was quick . Just took it out of the box and set it up on my counter. You do have to have this plugged in all by itself though. And it’s definitely heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this smoker a few times now to make Baby Back ribs and Smoked Mac and Cheese. Very impressed with this indoor smoker. Who knew this was even possible to smoke indoors without smoking out your house? It took a bit to read through the instructions to make sure I understood how to use the machine properly, filling the hopper with pellets and then priming it so they feed in the first time, etc. but overall, very easy process. I also spend time getting the app installed and an account created. The app is also very easy to use and can control from your phone or machine itself. Very handy to be able to check on things from my phone without having to get up and check directly. I also have an outdoor electric smoker but since I live in the north, we get very cold winters and don’t like the idea of smoking anything in the middle of winter. This is an awesome option to smoke indoors during the winter! I don’t fully understand the filtration system for the smoke, but we have zero smoke inside the house while using it, other than the wonderful smells of the food cooking itself. There are also no filters to clean for the filtration system which I love. It just filters out the smoke and works! All our food had a wonderful smoky flavor also! Extremely impressive! You can also set a smoke level during cooking if you want more or less smoke. If you need to open it while cooking, they also have a button to push to clear out all the smoke first and then you can open it up, so you don’t release the smoke into your house, what a great idea! They also have pre-programmed for typical things you would smoke with preset settings which I think is also awesome so I don’t have to remember how long it should take, temp, etc. etc. – just set and forgot for the most part. It doesn’t have the most amount of room to work with compared to an outdoor smoker but the fact that I can smoke in the middle of winter is great. Don’t get me wrong still has plenty of room to cook enough food for a family of 4 – 8. I was able to fit 3 racks of ribs but that was pushing the limit and had to sort of stank them in. It was also very easy to clean up afterwords, most everything went into the dishwasher. Overall, I highly recommend this if you like smoking meat and want the ability to do so indoors. Again, I don’t know how the filtration system works exactly but they have nailed the technology!

In beginner mode and have used this product almost everyday since purchasing. This product is insanely easy to use, and is as advertised about no smoke. At absolute worst, you may smell a hint of a fireplace smell when in use. It is small, but I live in an apartment which doesn’t allow grills so this is perfect! I highly recommend to anyone just getting started and has no option for an outdoor smoker. Very happy all around!

This product is great! It's easy to use and understand. Clean up is a little involved but not bad at all. I highly recommend it if you're not that great into outdoor smoking. The space that it takes up is not too much. I would have like to see a thermometer port for each levels incase you're smoking three different items.

This is a FANTASTIC solution to those who can't have BBQs/smokers at their facility or Unit. It's also FANTASTIC for any home to have. I love to smoke, but the weather does get in the way, and with this, I could smoke every day! It's big enough for a big chicken, maybe a tiny turkey or breast, for sure. I have a tri-tip roast I'm putting in there next! It's a good 5 lbs. I think I'm going to use my stand, though, to get more airflow rather than flat on a grate. Easy to use, the app tells you everything, the meat held at temp while I finished up the rest of the meal. I can't wait to find a permanent home in my kitchen. Happy smoking!
