I can try out recipes and have fun while trying to be a perfectionist in the comfort of my home. I couldn't wait to try this so I did ribs first. They turned out really good and my apartment smelled wonderful too!! I tried a brisket and IT WAS GREAT!! I am going to try a ham tomorrow but am so pleased with this product!! I'm still figuring the app out but am really happy with the indoor smoker and so pleased a trusted company produced such a wonderful product for those who do not have outdoor spaces. I strongly recommend this to anyone who wants to have the opportunity to smoke meat!! I am sure I'll be using this every weekend and for many special occasions. I made some smoked turkey legs, and they did not disappoint. I like that it comes with a thermometer reader that you can check on your phone. The best part was that there was no smoke inside my home because of the smoke filtration that is built in. This smoker knows when it needs more wood chips for what you are cooking. The smoker is really easy to use and to clean up. I can't wait to make a brisket in my GE Profile Smart Indoor Smoker.

I've always wanted a smoker like one of these in the past so when I got an opportunity to give it a try, I was excited. I love how easy it was to setup on my kitchen counter. The directions were a little confusing however was not too difficult to follow. It heats up pretty fast. All the features makes it very easy to get that perfect cook. I was also amazed at the ventilation system and how well it worked! Best part, the clean up was easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im a huge smoker fan. I have a pellet smoker. A gravity charcoal smoker. And now this indoor pellet smoker. It’s not very big so if your needing it for big jobs it may not be ideal but for a family home and dinners it is absolutely amazing. I was very skeptical that it would smoke up the house but not a single bit escapes and it does such an amazing job. So delicious.

Made a 4lb brisket and chicken thighs so far. Absolutely incredible and I can honestly say I was surprised at just how well it did. The smell in the house is minimal and it holds temperature perfectly. I did chicken at a 2 on smoke and a 5, and the difference was actually very pronounced. All in all unless this thing gives out on me for no reason in the next year I have to give it a 10/10. The only improvement for me would be a Bluetooth temp probe so I don't have that cable, but that's a minor gripe and I could just use my own if I wanted.

I have never been so happy with something in my life. This is a dream come true! My husband got this for US.. well I have taken ownership of it and I am very happy with this appliance! Just a quick public service announcement about the GE Indoor Smoker: there’s a major issue where it can get stuck in preheat mode and never actually start smoking. The chamber heats up like it should, but for some reason, it doesn’t transition from preheating to being ready to smoke. This happened to me after only four uses, and after digging around online, I found that it’s not just me - plenty of others have run into the same problem. It’s a real disappointment because I was really enjoying the smoker. But now, I’m questioning the quality control - this seems to be happening way too often. Bottom line: buyer beware. You might end up with a lemon like I did. Hopefully, GE steps up and fixes this issue for good.

This is the appliance I have been waiting for. Its performance is outstanding. No more obstacles due to the weather or environment, for smoking your favorite item, not to mention the convenience of inside smoking. The entree you are smoking comes out like you had smoked the item on an outside grill. The key is to smoke low temperature and slow. It will be delicious. Try the GE Profile Smart Indoor Smoker, you will love it. I would not hesitate to recommend this smoker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to owning this machine; if you told me you were going to smoke an 11 pound pork butt indoors, I would have laughed and advised you that it wasnt possible. This week I have done just that and more with perfect results. The Profile indoor smoker is a marvel of engineering that I cant quite wrap my head around. I wont say that you cant tell its running, there is an ever so slight yet pleasant aroma of wood smoke that is noticeable in whatever room you have it setting. However there is no visible haze or smoke and it isnt intrusive by any means. As far as the food, everything I have run through it from the aforementioned pork, to brisket, and down to wings has come out flawless. The unit heats evenly and in the same amount of time that my outdoor smoker takes. I will say that it is incredibly efficient, the Profile smoker uses about a 3rd of the amount of pellets my outdoor unit consumes for an equivalent time period. All the racks and interior components are dishwasher safe and so far have come out looking like new. I will add that I am a stickler for safety; I had two separate carbon monoxide detectors staged in the room with the smoker. Neither alerted and on my professional model no elevation of ppm was noted. I cannot fathom how GE has managed to accomplish all this but I know i am very pleasantly surprised. I look forward to many years of delicious service. Another absolute home run in the G.E. Profile line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smoker is really bulky so it is definitely hard to store & takes up a lot of counter space. It is also not meant for steaks but added a lot of good smoky flavor. It’s super easy to use & you can make some killer foods. Whatever you can make in the oven you can make in this but it adds a nice smoke flavor.
