[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t know what exactly to expect from this GE Indoor smoker but once I had it all set up and working, I was blown away by all the details and technology and everything that went into this product. I do have this in my house and used it to cook and smoke different types of meat from ribs to pork and chicken to venison. I’ve never tasted such flavorful meat! If you use the right temperature and smoke, the meat turns out perfectly tender and delicious. You need one of these smokers ! You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely great indoor smoker and I enjoy cooking with this appliance. It would definitely have garnered 5 stars except for one little annoyance. The water bin drawer is so easy to open until the motion from the auger will jar it open a tiny bit shutting down the cook and interpreting the cook cycle, so you have to constantly watch it.

Living in an apartment that doesn't allow grills or smokers is a tough life. When I first came across this crazy "indoor" smoker I thought, no way. I put it in my cart immediately and then did my research. Post after post saying how awesome this product is really sold me on it. So far I've smoked 2 chickens, brisket and just finished some maple bourbon pork belly. All came out amazing. This the best purchase I've made since my suviede. I'm still tweaking my rubs, brines and cures on my favorite new hobby. Thanks for creating this amazing machine

It says it is a smoker even tho it’s only a hint of smoke but for a busy person like me, I can do two things at once & still cook real good restaurant-like meals 😃!!! We don’t have to always buy food; I can easily prep at night or in d morning & leave it smoking for 6 hours & by d time m done w/ my other task, meals r ready! I like it when I can automate things! This does d job for me so it’s definitely a keeper 😁💪!!!

Outstanding smoker. Makes winter smoking easy in New England and delivers results every bit as good as my outdoor equipment. Bought it when it came out last year and never regretted it. Only complaint would be the included cookbook doesn’t really take the specific behaviors of this device into account, but that’s a minor issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this indoor smoker about two weeks ago and were able to utilize this right before Thanksgiving. It’s a great indoor smoker as it is compact. We have a master grill smoker outside and I would say that it is not equivalent for an outdoor smoker however it does get the job done. If you’ve never had an outdoor smoker before this would be 5/5 stars for sure. If you do have a smoker this wouldn’t be the same however with the compactness and the flavor it produces I would still recommend it.

From purchased to bringing the indoor smoker home. Learning the smoker which was very easy,instructions was very specific and clear to understand. The presets was a good learning step but after a little adjustments,I'm locked in. I really love and appreciate your product, I use it almost every weekend. Looking forward to what GE produces next. As it sets right now this is the pinnacle of indoor smokers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smoker is great for a house hold of 3-4. Love the app, get the temperature set up with one click. It also came with recipe book, tried the salmon recipe, amazing! You do have to pay attention to where you plug it in, has requirement for circus. Overall amazing product!

Overall the unit works pretty well. Like any smoker there's a learning curve for it. The only 1 star ding is for the waste bin that won't stay shut and keeps slipping forward. I had to secure that with a bit of painters tape to keep it from triggering the 'open bin' alert.

[Employee of ge_appliances] This smart smoker is a fantastic product. it can seamlessly cook nearly anything the same as an outdoor smoker. The only downside I have found is it does not work well with any brand of pellets. The pit boss pellets jammed it up but Kona pellets worked really well.
