I love the idea of this and was ready to give it a shot!! This was the day it shows up. But once I unpacked everything there were no pellets... Every review I watched said it came with a bag and mine didn't... I wasn't able to use it because everything was closed and it sadly ruined our night. I look forward to trying this tomorrow. But be warned it does NOT come with pellets even though everyone says it does...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simply unbelievable. The kitchen smells like BBQ but there is not one puff of smoke outside this machine. And it smokes great!!! The machine is easy to use and has presets for those who are experienced. If you make a change (temp, time, smoke, etc) it will remember it for the next time (yes, you can reset if you need to). When it is done cooking, the temp drops and it goes into warm mode. No more waking up in the middle of the night to time the cooking right. I could not be happier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the pleasure of diving into the world of indoor smoking with the GE Profile Indoor Smoker.  The convenience of smoking meat indoors with a plug-in appliance is huge to me, but I was a bit skeptical about how well it would actually smoke meat and how well it would filter the smoke.  So far, I've been super impressed with the results! I was really impressed by the build quality of this appliance - It feels solid and its sleek and modern design is very attractive.  Unpacking and assembly was very simple, basically just install the racks and drip pan, then plug it in.  It comes with an app that I thought was going to be a gimmick, but it turned out to be incredibly convenient for remotely monitoring temperatures from my phone.  The remote temperature monitoring and convenience of smoking without going outside are total game-changers! I tested it out by smoking some St. Louis-style ribs, and the results were nothing short of spectacular!  I prepped the ribs with a dry rub the night before to allow the flavors to meld. The next day, I loaded the smoker with hickory wood pellets, set the temperature to a moderate 225°F, and let the magic happen.  I bumped the temperature up to 350 for the last 30 minutes to crisp them up.  I was very happy with the ribs:  They had a deep smoky flavor, a nice crispy exterior, and retained a tender and juicy interior.  Clean-up was a simple wipe down and washing out the drip tray. You can definitely smell smoke within the house when it's running, kinda of like the same smell you'd get out of baking in the oven, but with just a bit more smoke.  I think the filtration system does a really good job and it did better than I expected.  I actually like the smell as it reminds me of when we'd burn wood in the fireplace growing up.  Overall, I've been really impressed with the GE Profile Indoor Smoker.  It easily beat my expectations:  It makes smoking much faster and more convenient.  The temperature probe in the app makes it incredibly easy to monitor progress, and clean-up is a breeze.  I'm really looking forward to try out smoking new things like olives or brussels sprouts.

I was one of the lucky ones to back this product before it was finalized by GE. I was in the first 100 to get my machine and I must say, I’ve been BLOWN away and in love with my GE Profile Smoker since I received it. I’ve tried just about everything in it, including smoking peaches and I just keep finding MORE stuff to smoke. I highly recommend it as it so user friendly, easy to clean, and has a great cooking guide/facebook group to help get things going. If you haven’t bought it yet? You’re seriously missing out on one of the best inventions yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start with, it is on the bulky side. If you don't have much counter space, this may not be for you. The inside for cooking is not as large as you would think compared to the size of the smoker itself. As for the smoker itself, the controls are very easy to use. Do read the manual first so you can be understand everything. The auger for the pellets has to be primed before you start and the holding pin for the pellets is not large, so if it's something you'll have to cook for a long period of time make sure you keep an eye on pellets. It does not use a lot in the end though. You have to put water in the waste bin for it to work and it works very well. No smoke whatsoever in the house at all. The probe is easy to use and easy to set up and works great. My first cook was a sirloin tip roast and with the temperature set at 225 on a 3 lb roast, it could faster than anticipated, but thankfully still turned out perfectly. It has a drip pan and three levels of racks that can come out for larger items. It was VERY easy to clean when it was all done. It is still kind of bulky on our counter, but it will be nice to have indoor smoker options for if the weather is cold..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is absolutely perfect for anybody who is an Abbott outside cooker or smoker for your food so convenient to do this in the comfort of your own home not having to go outside and check on things you can just get up go right in your kitchen and check on everything and sit right back down. I mean I don’t mind going outside but this is just amazing you don’t get no odor left in your house all you get is a nicefood dish smell , the cooking of the meat smells so good It’s mouthwatering!!!!

From purchased to bringing the indoor smoker home. Learning the smoker which was very easy,instructions was very specific and clear to understand. The presets was a good learning step but after a little adjustments,I'm locked in. I really love and appreciate your product, I use it almost every weekend. Looking forward to what GE produces next. As it sets right now this is the pinnacle of indoor smokers

We like to smoke brisket year round and being in the Midwest it makes for uncomfortable weather conditions while smoking. This indoor smoker is beautiful and amazing. It has several cooking modes including Brisket which makes it super easy. The racks are very nice and has a drip pan as well as thermometer. It also has an auto keep warm feature that is phenomenal. This was easy to set up. I was slightly intimidated at the thought of operating it but it was a breeze and comes with very detailed instructions. This is a MUST buy!
