Food smoked in the indoor smoker is on par with my outside pellet smoker. Way more convenient that smoking outside, set and forget. Raining?, cold outside?, too hot outside?, have other things to do and can't be attending the smoker for hours? doesn't matter. You can smoke your ribs comfortably inside while you do other things.

Love this smoker. It is such an easier way to make delicious smoked meats without the pain of an outdoor smoker. I've had it for a number of months, and I've had zero issues with it. it seems small, but you can fit more in there than you may expect. It's pretty easy to control and the app is user-friendly.

This smoker has five adjustable smoke setting and six preset food settings. My favorite is the keep warm auto warm option to have my food ready when I come home. I love to smoke brisket, chicken, chicken wings, pork, salmon or ribs. Dishwasher safe and control lock for kids. Perfect for my family cooking. Great design. Highly recommended.

I did get this item for free from Tryit to review and I am very well versed in bbq, so it was perfect for me. Pro's: It's the first indoor smoker so it is extremely convenient especially in New Jersey Winter months. It is part of the GE Profile line so it has the sleek exterior you'd expect. It is very easy to understand and get going and it comes with a small bag of pellets to do your first cook upon unboxing. It fits under a standard cabinet counter space, however it is 1500 Watts, so it needs it's own circuit on a standard wall outlet. You can just unplug anything else in the outlet and use it just fine. The space inside is limited but in my opinion you can fit alot if space correctly. It comes with a probe that stores easily on the side of the unit, and my favorite part is that it can cook until the probe temperature is reached and then it automatically switches to keep warm so you don't need to babysit it. Cons: Even though it fits on the counter just fine, in my case it takes up alot of space since I'm limited on counter space in my home. This IS a smoker, so although it's been made safe for indoors, you do smell quite a bit of smoke throughout the cook. I cooked a turkey breast with a smoke intensity of 5, the highest, and it was my first cook on the unit so maybe it was also burning off the initial fumes from the unit. It only comes with a small bag of pellets, so be sure to get some more for extended cooks. The bag of Kona pellets it comes with got me through a 4 hour turkey breast cook no problem though and still many left to go in the unit housing. Overall I'd highly recommend this! It's the first of its kind and did not disappoint. As I mentioned I'm pretty well versed in BBQ and I prefer this over my outdoor unit any day. The meat was flavorful, tender, and juicy. Cleanup was very easy!

What I love the most about this product is that it lets you know every detail about your ribs being done. I can now use it freely indoor and do not have to worry about making ribs in the cold outdoors. I also like the extra racks and how you can remove them freely for more/less space. One thing I did have trouble with, was placing the pebbles to start the heating process. I managed to get it in the end.Very satisfied overall with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this indoor smoker about two weeks ago and were able to utilize this right before Thanksgiving. It’s a great indoor smoker as it is compact. We have a master grill smoker outside and I would say that it is not equivalent for an outdoor smoker however it does get the job done. If you’ve never had an outdoor smoker before this would be 5/5 stars for sure. If you do have a smoker this wouldn’t be the same however with the compactness and the flavor it produces I would still recommend it.

It’s not very big so if your needing it for big jobs it may not be ideal but for a family home and dinners it is absolutely amazing. We always crave good ribs or brisket but it's so hard to find. This is easily the best new staple in our home. Now we can cook those delicious meats without having to worry about cooking times and temps. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. There is enough space in there for a family dinner or a big feast for the extended family. The first time we used it it did have a slight melted plastic smell but it quickly went away. The meat was cooked perfectly and best of all effortlessly. It tends to rain where we live which makes it hard to cook outdoors, but this indoor smoker solves all of those problems. I really like that the smoker itself does not heat up the area around it too much either and I feel safe having it insode my home.
