Product is great. Holds a decent bit of food. Made of quality material and the control options are just what is needed. Performed incredibly well. Temp is on point with a 2 degree variable.

Used it three times and it stopped working. I have so many GE Profile products. This one is so bad and disappointing. GE service for this is equally bad. Upsetting.

This has been an amazing addition to our kitchen. The house smells amazing and the food comes out perfectly every time. I love the ease of use and the counter top design fits perfectly in our small kitchen

Very good. Tastes good. My only problem is the app. If I go to modify the cook the clock resets to the starting time rather than the current time left. Also can the door open wider

The smoker looks great and has a nice concept. Mine didn't work when I unboxed it. I received an error that the bin door is open, but it was closed. This prevented the unit from working.

This is such a great appliance for bbq lovers - not only it's really easy to use, it definitely adds depth of flavor and smokiness to any kind of meat. Cleaning of the appliance is also easy with the racks and other things being dishwasher safe.

I really love this product. It don’t have a smoke ring, but for indoor use that’s perfectly fine. Still get a good smoke taste and the meats comes out tender and juicy.

I've only used it once, so this review could change. I cooked ribs and they came out tender with a hint of smoke flavor. The cool thing was I could "smoke" food inside my house away from the elements.

I don't cook every much but this smoker is amazing and fun. I'm finding myself looking for the next item so smoke and cook. I particularly love setting the smoker in the morning by evening we have fresh BBQ. It's fun and a money saver.

Fantastic Smoked Meat, but smokes up the kitchen with smoke- don't know what the deal is, some of the people I know also do not have smoke like I do- this is my 2nd unit. This may be an outdoor unit.
