We want to help out with the smoke chamber not heating properly. It can be important to remember that the heater in the smoking chamber may not activate immediately at start of preheat, since the Active Smoke Filtering system must warm up before the smoker is ready to operate. If using the temperature probe, ensure the cord is not caught in the door. While the Indoor Smoker actively filters out the smoke, if you are going to open the door during smoking, we recommend using the "Clear Smoke" feature to prevent smoke from coming into the room.
