Out of the box this was a big hit and very easy to use. Being in an apartment I thought it would be smoker but the unit at max smoke didn’t smoke up the apartment. Cooked beef ribs and they came out on point.

My indoor smoker has been a game-changer! I recently moved into an apartment and I missed using my outdoor smoker, but this product allows me to still enjoy smoked meats right inside my home.

The first one they shipped did not work but the second one works amazingly. Couldn't be happier with the results. Ive done wings, porkloin, ribs and brisket. For smoke flavor infusion, it is top notch.

Used it three times and it stopped working. I have so many GE Profile products. This one is so bad and disappointing. GE service for this is equally bad. Upsetting.

We have used the smoker twice now and love it. We have a Traeger smoker outside and this is nice to be able to do it inside especially on cold and rainy days.

An excellent option for the apartment dweller or someone else who lacks outdoor smoker capability. The machine is easy to use and the smoke removal system works perfectly. Everything I have tried has come out wonderfully.

I have used the smoker 3 times so far. Pork loin chicken and duck. The chicken wings were good. My daughter said really good. This will be my new toy. Love it so far.

Terrific! This is exactly what I’ve always wanted. I live in a pretty short, nice weather part of America and it’s so wonderful being able to enjoy one of my favorite cooking methods outside inside.

So convenient. The wood pellets provide that Smokey taste to food that one would only get from an outdoor grill. Fits perfectly on the counter. I only have 4 stars due to the temp probe not being accurate. However, could possibly be user error.
