Easy to use and the results exceeded our expectations. It is perfect for our small family and clean up isn’t as bad as we thought. It has opened up more dinner options and I am eating healthier than ever as I smoke my own pastrami, bacon, salmon and much more and no loner buying over processed foods. This will not substitute for a traditional smoker, but it provides tremendous convenience for the smaller families.

I have never smoked anything so I was a little intimidated by this however the easy to follow directions and recipes made it so easy to use. We ended up making lamb with the recipe in the book that turned out delicious. The smoker comes with some preset settings and the ability to customize your cooking settings. The temperature probe lets you know when your meat is cooked to your preference. I’m really enjoying this smoker and can’t wait to make my next dish.

I graduated from a stove top smoker to the GE Profile Indoor Electric Smoker (I don't have a backyard so I can't have a big 'ol smoker). The GE Profile was a major improvement, ease of use, predictable results and great tasting food!. Smoked whole chicken, smoked ham shank, smoked mussels, smoked olive, smoked salmon candy, even smoked a turkey breast for Thanksgiving!

Works as advertised. Easy to use. No smoke (though you will smell the wood aroma which is awesome!) Has three racks. I was able to do a 12 pound brisket on two racks. Next did some baby back ribs. Both were great! WIFI connected and you can control a lot of setting straight from the app. My only issue is with cleaning the inside of the smoker. Some what difficult and really should be done while the oven is still warm. If you let it sit a day, get ready to scrub for a while.

The GE Profile indoor smoker looks good, uses minimal counter space for the amount it can cook and convenient. I had an outdoor smoker years ago and this is much easier to maintain and comfortable to have indoors. It does put out heat and food cooking smell under the front door. Just like an oven. So, you need to crack a window and use the kitchen fan. Meat comes out perfect using the included temperature probe.

I've always wanted a smoker like one of these in the past so when I got an opportunity to give it a try, I was excited. I love how easy it was to setup on my kitchen counter. The directions were a little confusing however was not too difficult to follow. It heats up pretty fast. All the features makes it very easy to get that perfect cook. I was also amazed at the ventilation system and how well it worked! Best part, the clean up was easy!

I’ve had my smart indoor smoker for a little over three weeks and each entree I’ve attempted has cooked to perfection. Pork Shoulder, Chicken Wings, Turkey Breast, and Ribs were all perfect. My history with smoking meats has been sketchy at best, but the process couldn’t have been easier. I’m building up my confidence to smoke a brisket next. The probe, smartphone app, and built in settings to clear smoke to allow me to open the cavity to shift, spray, wrap is so easy and intuitive.

Made a bunch of cooks in it and definitely fulfills my need for smoked food while confined to an apartment. I have made brisket, ribs, and chicken in it and can definitely taste the smoke flavor and the auto warm feature is really convenient for longer cooks like brisket. Cleaning the unit after cooking is pretty easy but does take more time and frequent cleans than other tabletop appliances.

With this device I was able to get my favorite meats & vegetables just right! Not only does this device look futuristic with its Digital Touch- it’s even crazier that you can modify everything at the palm of your hand with the app! With long days away from home, the crockpot was the only thing I could reply on until I received this product! & I’m speechless how sufficient this is for our family- saving me time, while being trustworthy to leave running while I’m out! It cooked our brisket meal perfectly, I was at awe with how well our meal turned out, I’m amazed by how easy it is to clean & how the application on your phone makes you aware of its every motion be it preheating, smoking, clearing the smoke, done & keeping the meat nice & warm! Sending you warnings if the doors open as well! We have no complaints with this product, as it’s now our new & favorite method for cooking. We did notice one discrepancy with the utensils that came with the machine. It came with a meat thermometer that appears to look like it goes into the machine to check the temperature of your meat digitally. After taking our time going through the directions & looking at every inch of the machine - we could not find where the thermometer gets plugged into. Other than that- we’ve recommended this product to family & friends & it’s been a hit for the holidays! 10/10!!
