Wow. This is one of those rare times when a product didn’t just mostly do what was claimed or sort of do it but not really well. This thing seriously smokes, does it well, and really does not release any of the smoke. It arrived yesterday and I used it today. Whole chicken, no time to brine it, but it was incredibly juicy with a real smoke flavor. And… no smoke in our home! Our air purifier barely noticed a thing. Now, the area will smell like you’re smoking something, but once done it dissipated pretty quickly.

I just used my smoker for the first time today !! I already love it ... I was apprehensive when I first heard about an indoor smoker and thought there's no way you could keep the smoke under control in your house.. but I found out today it absolutely does .. the flavor is awesome, better than off my Traeger pellet smoker .. I liked how easy it is to use, the compactness makes it so easy to fix a meal in a smaller surface for a smaller group rather using a full size grill/smoker .. Am anxious to keep learning and cooking with it .. It's just a really great and easy smoker to use and the smoky flavor is amazing.

I went a little overboard when it arrived and in the first few days I smoked turkey breast, brisket, and a brined pork belly for bacon. All of them turned out extremely well, the product is incredibly easy to use, and I actually got better bark on my brisket than I’ve gotten on some attempts on an outdoor smoker! It’s not too bad to clean either, which is important for me.

I love the fact that even in an apartment or indoor setting i can still have smoked food! The smell coming off of the smoker smells reminiscent of firewood so it doesn't stink up the house. The temperature and smoke controls are two different things which gives so much flexibility when cooking.

I had an outdoor smoker for years before I moved to an urban environment. I tried everything for years to include electric outdoor smokers but to no avail. When I saw this product announced I was extremely skeptical. I've done multiple smokes on difficult meats and this thing is as good as it gets to replicate a smoker indoors. Its your 80% solution to smoking meats indoors.

I want to start by saying, I never wrote reviews, but this smoker deserves it! I have only ever used outdoor smokers. I got this bad boy as a Christmas gift to replace a well used, worn out outdoor pellet smoker. I was skeptical at first and didn’t believe all the great reviews. I finally used it today and let me just say, I AM A BELIEVER!!! This smoker did more than I could have ever imagined or expected! It’s not as big as a conventional outdoor setup, but it definitely works just as well, if not better! It’s pricey, but worth every dollar! You definitely won’t regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this the past three days for three different types of meat and are shocked how amazing and easy it is to smoke inside the home!! First off, the instruction manual made setting up super simple. The smoker is smaller than the box which made it fit perfectly under our counter with space needed for the unit. It came with enough pellets for one smoked meal. Very helpful! It took about 20 minutes to put together and prime the auger and we were off! First meal we did was salmon and oh my gosh, 90 minutes it was ready and tasted immaculate. 2 of my meals I used the auto settings with the timer and they were juicy, completely cooked, and not over done. We were impressed. The third time we did a whole chicken, like the recipe book explains, but with the temperature probe. Again, perfection all around. The roaster chicken fit on one shelf and I was able to put a few leg quarters in the bottom for the kids too. The one thing that is a set back is cleaning. The metal racks are simple with dishwasher cleaning. The drip pan needs hand washed and cleaning the sides can be difficult since abrasive cleaners like oven spray aren’t allowed. I lined the drip pan with foil to help with cleanup. Overall, we love this machine and are planning a 4th night of smoking, this time with beef ribs!! We love this thing!! Also wanted to add there will be a smoke smell in your house. It’s not a perfect thing. It is similar to being at a bbq restaurant or using a woods burning fireplace in your home. It’s a nice smell and isn’t Smokey at all. We like the way it smells. Much like using an oven for baking.

This product is absolutely fantastic. It is absolutely cold outside, this indoor smoker allows me to stay in the house nice and warm. I have larger smokers that require being outside to use. I do notvalways feeling like using g those bigger ones in below zero weather, which is why I am glad that I purchased this.
