It is my first indoor grilling tool and I can honestly say that | was skeptical of it at first, but immediately fell in love with it on the very first try of using it! The filtration system truly works and ensures that you do not have any smoke or ashiness inside your home during use. You can smell it as it cooks like you would if you were cooking on the stove, but no smoke irritation occurs. Set up was a breeze with how sleek and compact designed this is. You are able to set up and get going within five minutes of opening the box. Pop the racks in and remove the packaging materials and go! GE Profile truly designed a sleek and modern look with this smoker. It is smooth to the touch and does not have any bulky edges. It has a modern digital touch to use the controls via smoker or you can use the app to fully control and customize your cooking experience. This is a rapid way for me to smoke my ribs now as it cooks faster than a normal smoker while leaving them tender and juicy by using the temperature probe in the app to monitor how fast it is cooking. I have not burnt a single thing since setting up the app and using it while cooking. I have enjoyed cooking with pellets as I can easily flavor my food by using them in the smoker and they make clean up a breeze! I found that it was easy to clean with a simple swipe of a damp cloth on the interior and then a scrub of the drip pan and we are done! I will deep clean my grates once a month to ensure they are shiny and clean, but any food debris completely wipes off using a rag. I am highly impressed with this smoker and would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves to grill or smoke meats! 10/10 stars on this one from my family!

I'm over the moon with the my kitchen smoker. I smoked pork ribs last night and they turned out not only very flavorful, but the moistness level was delicious. Also to my delight, my house was not filled with any smokiness. It was also very easy to use. One of my better purchases

It is uper easy to set up and used. This product is my life savior, since I am a working mom which I have a limited time to prepare the food for my family, so it such a smart way for me to smoke meats, seafood, vegetables, and more, any time. I am super happy that this product delivered true wood-smoked flavor. I love the quality of this smart smoker, it's sturdy, very well made and high technology. I highly recommend this product to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this counter top wood smoker because it’s very easy to use. One thing I don’t like about it though is that I do smell a wood smell throughout my house when I am using it. I feel like that kind of defeats it’s purpose because I thought you wouldn’t smell the smoke in the house. I also noticed with this Vs a regular smoker the Smokey flavor didn’t penetrate the food completely. I actually like that because when I have tried to smoke cheese usually it taste too strong but with this ge smoker it was just the right amount of Smokey. All in all if your not able to have a full size smoker and don’t mind a Smokey smell while using this is a great alternative.

This is a great machine with a couple of notes. Producing more smoke would be nice. Even in the highest smoke setting. Circulation could be better. It’s significantly hotter at the top of the chamber. Especially on the top right side. Requiring turning of the item multiple times during the cook to prevent burning. You can increase smoke into the item by waiting till the preheat is over then waiting to put your item in until you actually see smoke. You can easily lose 25min waiting for smoke to start going. It Would be nice if smoke actually started at the end of the preheat cycle. That out of the way…. I would buy this machine again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smoker is great and innovative. It fits on my countertop perfectly and the ability to smoke meats without going outside is amazing. The only downfall is this thing is heavy and it is a bit large. The need for a dedicated circuit is a bit of a pain as well

I will comment that I liked this product. The first time I used it, it worked like a smoker. Unfortunately, the second time, the appliance got stuck in preheating and never finished, so I couldn’t smoke my brisket and had to return it. Sadly, it was too good to be true that we could smoke our food indoors the house.
