The recipes that came with the smoker are all awesome! My only complaint is that there are not more!! We are doing a brisket today! Their step by step directions make it so easy, any one can learn to do this! Can’t wait to try more!!

I love the fact that even in an apartment or indoor setting i can still have smoked food! The smell coming off of the smoker smells reminiscent of firewood so it doesn't stink up the house. The temperature and smoke controls are two different things which gives so much flexibility when cooking.

The Indoor Smart Smoker from GE Profile managed to make an impression though, because it’s now a new favorite hobby. If it’s summertime, it’s just as bad except mosquitoes are attacking you instead of frostbite. Terrible weather is no longer an excuse now, and we wholeheartedly recommend this small-space friendly indoor smart smoker to transform almost any kind of food into a mouthwatering sensation. The best part is that while this appliance stands up to even the most seasoned chef, a novice who can’t cook (me, in this situation) can also whip up some delicious food with this invention’s help.

Whether I'm experimenting with chicken or perfecting tilapia, it has seriously improved my cooking, giving my home-cooked meals a fantastic barbecue flavor. We love tandoori chicken, but it's usually tricky to make at home. This smoker, though, captures that smoky flavor perfectly. One great thing about it is that it adds rich flavors to my dishes with very less unnoticeable smoke or no smoke at all. It cooks everything perfectly and even keeps the food warm after it's done cooking. The pellet capture system is genius, making cleanup super easy by collecting used pellets in a water tank. Remember to use a dedicated circuit as given in instruction and this beast doesn't take up much counter space. I mean I don’t mind going outside but this is just amazing you don’t get no odor left in your house all you get is a nicefood dish smell , the cooking of the meat smells so good It’s mouthwatering!!!!

And the other day I made my famous mac and cheese in the smoker and it was eating all in one night , it was so good. Cooks all our favorites .This smoker is very easy to use. Also an easy clean up. The pellets are perfect and give off a lot of flavor. You would think you were at a real BBQ place with this product. No smoke throughout my house. Can't wait to try out even more recipes. This has to be my most favorite appliance. I highly highly recommend this brand and product. You won't be disappointed, you'll be the neighborhood favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This indoor smoker is just amazing! Talk about fuss free cooking and such tender meats. First of all, it’s so easy to use. The app is easy to download and so easy to use. It even alerts you when the door is opened. Very user friendly. As far as size goes, it is quite big and bulky, but we are going to make a special table to have it on. It’s super durable. As far as cleaning goes, very easy to clean. The grills are easy to remove. Has a drip pan and a drip tray on the outside as well. The chicken came out juicy and tender. It took a lil under an hour to cook chicken thighs. It has a probe you plug in on the upper right hand corner. It literally is smoke free. It’s just awesome! You put pellets in the pellet area on the top of the smoker and you get perfectly smoked meats. I’m super impressed and love the fact I don’t have to be outside smoking my food. You can also adjust the grills to your preference. Even makes this cute chime like noise when it’s done smoking the food.

This is absolutely a great smoker. I’ve only made two things that was not incredible. I have smoked turkey legs and wings, chicken legs and wings, salmon, macaroni and cheese, corn on the cob, a russet potato, hamburgers, jalapeño stuffed with cream cheese wrapped in bacon, peach cobbler, and apple cobbler. The aroma while food is smoking is amazing, I used the probe that came with the anppliance and a MEATER 2 thermometer. The meat has been tender and juicy. This is my favorite appliance!! The only con is the price but I think if you use it, it is worth the money.
