We always crave good ribs or brisket but it's so hard to find. This is easily the best new staple in our home. Now we can cook those delicious meats without having to worry about cooking times and temps. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. There is enough space in there for a family dinner or a big feast for the extended family. The first time we used it it did have a slight melted plastic smell but it quickly went away. The meat was cooked perfectly and best of all effortlessly. It tends to rain where we live which makes it hard to cook outdoors, but this indoor smoker solves all of those problems. I really like that the smoker itself does not heat up the area around it too much either and I feel safe having it insode my home.

I made some smoked turkey legs, and they did not disappoint. I like that it comes with a thermometer reader that you can check on your phone. The best part was that there was no smoke inside my home because of the smoke filtration that is built in. This smoker knows when it needs more wood chips for what you are cooking. The smoker is really easy to use and to clean up. I can't wait to make a brisket in my GE Profile Smart Indoor Smoker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this GE Profile indoor smoker and I am totally in love. On Thanksgiving we made the most delicious, juicy , smoked turkey breast. And the other day I made my famous mac and cheese in the smoker and it was eating all in one night , it was so good. Cooks all our favorites .This smoker is very easy to use. Also an easy clean up. The pellets are perfect and give off a lot of flavor. You would think you were at a real BBQ place with this product. No smoke throughout my house. Can't wait to try out even more recipes. This has to be my most favorite appliance. I highly highly recommend this brand and product. You won't be disappointed, you'll be the neighborhood favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE Profile indoor wood smoker is awesome! So far in the 3 weeks we have owned this we have smoked chicken thighs, turkey roast, whole turkey breast, salmon, brisket, pumpkin pie (yes, I cooked and smoked a raw pumpkin pie in it!), eggs (for smoked deviled eggs for Thanksgiving) and this weekend will be a pork butt for pulled pork. EVERYTHING we have smoked turned out delicious. The food was never dried out (I was concerned about my brisket being dry, but it wasn't) nor was the flavor of the food over powered by the taste of smoke. During use we've smelled a little smoke smell, maybe about the same you would smell from a wood burning fireplace, but have a CO detector that we place on the counter next to the smoker, and even with the 10 hour brisket cook, it never beeped! Our smoke smell dissipated in just a few hours after we finished using the smoker Clean up is simple, warm water, mild dish soap on a sponge and a terry cloth towel to wipe dry the inside of the unit. Currently I have been using the Kona premium blend pellets for everything but the chicken. With that I use a basil & thyme pellet. I have ordered the Kona variety pack that is 8 one pound packs of different pellets. We cannot wait for those to come in.

I was honestly blown away by how effective this indoor smoker is. As someone who lives in an apartment and can’t use an outdoor smoker, this has completely changed my cooking game. The flavor it gives to meats, veggies, and even cheese is rich, deep, and authentic — just like a traditional smoker.

From purchased to bringing the indoor smoker home. Learning the smoker which was very easy,instructions was very specific and clear to understand. The presets was a good learning step but after a little adjustments,I'm locked in. I really love and appreciate your product, I use it almost every weekend. Looking forward to what GE produces next. As it sets right now this is the pinnacle of indoor smokers

I've fit 12 (could have been 16) jumbo chicken thighs; several dozen wings; two whole chickens; two racks of ribs; a big butt; a good-sized brisket; and three salmon filets... Come on, how much more do you need for the family, yourself, even a modest party, especially from something compact enough for the countertop? The taste, close enough to a match to outdoor to satisfy all but the snobbiest smokers. Want crispier exterior? Add a little sugar to the rub (I love and get great results using brown sugar for caramelization). Smoke in the room? No, there's some scent of smoke, but very light and dissipates quickly; if you truly follow instructions, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Of course, if that's not enough, spark a scented candle, or set it near a small air purifier and you've got it! Easy clean-up? Absolutely, hello dishwasher and a light wipe-down in the cabinet. Do yourself a favor and get this thing, and download the app, it's so easy and honestly the output is delicious. The engineers are genius; I can't wait to see what they do with version 2!

After using it for 6 months it is the appliance that I love most. Use it every week, and the foods is good, smoky and tender. My family love the food that come out from it. I live at an apartment, and it is ideal for small spaces. Compared to an outdoor smoker this one is 10 times more advanced, it's like comparing a old truck to a Ferrari, no comparison at all. The GE Smoker is at a next level, yes, not as potent as a wood burning outdoor smoker but I can't use those at my apartment, and GE is simpler, set it and forget it and get the yummy food some hours later, yes you can remove, and wrap the food, etc., etc. all the same as any other smoker and cook the same as any other smoker. The big difference is that it uses the pallets to create smoke, not to create heat, the heat is created by electricity, so it is more consistent, and the smoke is great and controllable. It can be set to pre stored cooking cycles like brisket, ribs, etc. or just customize the time and temperature by yourself. The size is just right for me and my family. It is simple to use and simple to clean, great result all the time. Connected to the phone you always know what's going on and what need to be done. I love it. It is expensive compared to other smokers, but in my opinion, it is worth it.
