In my opinion this product is a gimmick. The heating element is very small and only on the bottom of the unit. The pellets used are not pure wood but a composite of wood and other materials that I would not want in my food. Takes a very long time to heat up and cooks unevenly between top and bottom shelves

I purchased the profile indoor smoker because I live in a small rural town and have nowhere outside to put a pellet smoker and I can say since I’ve purchased it I have used it every day it is a versatile tool in the kitchen for cooking food with delicious smoked flavor the pulled pork I made was what sealed the deal 13 hour smoke came out perfect flavorful and juicy and I love the ease of use provided by the app and the fact that it gives maximum flavor while keeping cleanup and pellet use to a minimum everything about it is built solid and made for long lasting cooking I am a very happy customer.

I have never smoked anything so I was a little intimidated by this however the easy to follow directions and recipes made it so easy to use. We ended up making lamb with the recipe in the book that turned out delicious. The smoker comes with some preset settings and the ability to customize your cooking settings. The temperature probe lets you know when your meat is cooked to your preference. I’m really enjoying this smoker and can’t wait to make my next dish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this GE Profile indoor smoker and I am totally in love. On Thanksgiving we made the most delicious, juicy , smoked turkey breast. And the other day I made my famous mac and cheese in the smoker and it was eating all in one night , it was so good. Cooks all our favorites .This smoker is very easy to use. Also an easy clean up. The pellets are perfect and give off a lot of flavor. You would think you were at a real BBQ place with this product. No smoke throughout my house. Can't wait to try out even more recipes. This has to be my most favorite appliance. I highly highly recommend this brand and product. You won't be disappointed, you'll be the neighborhood favorite.

One thing that I absolutely love about it, is the diffrent setting and functions are so easily to use. For it to be indoor smoker you can't smell any kind of smoke, only thing you can smell is the food that is smoking. Great quality for sure. I highly recommend this to everyone.

I've always wanted a smoker like one of these in the past so when I got an opportunity to give it a try, I was excited. I love how easy it was to setup on my kitchen counter. The directions were a little confusing however was not too difficult to follow. It heats up pretty fast. All the features makes it very easy to get that perfect cook. I was also amazed at the ventilation system and how well it worked! Best part, the clean up was easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently used this GE Profile indoor smoker to some a large brisket and was very impressed at how well it turned out. We smoked it for about 8 hours at 235 degrees and the instructions were very user friendly and easy to understand. We could smell the brisket when it was cooking but the appliance put off no smoke at all. The pellets provided an amazing flavor and everyone enjoyed the brisket. We will definitely be smoking a variety of other meats in this smoker, it is so easy and fun to use.

It is also not meant for steaks but added a lot of good smoky flavor. It’s super easy to use & you can make some killer foods. Whatever you can make in the oven you can make in this but it adds a nice smoke flavor.
