The suggested recipes in the guide are also really good! Now, the capacity is limited, which should be expected given it is a counter-top appliance. However, this is no reason to dock it stars, as this is an incredible appliance. You won't regret the purchase!

The design is very well thought out, and it holds a lot of items without taking up too much space on my counter. It was very easy to setup, had clear instructions, and is easy to operate. I recently purchased this indoor smoker that not only looks fantastic, but cooks fantastic as well. The technology, including wifi and the SmartHQ app, make it incredibly easy to use. One of the most impressive features is that it truly produces no smoke, yet the smoky flavor is amazing. I highly recommend this smoker to anyone looking for a top-of-the-line cooking experience.

This is a FANTASTIC solution to those who can't have BBQs/smokers at their facility or Unit. It's also FANTASTIC for any home to have. I love to smoke, but the weather does get in the way, and with this, I could smoke every day! It's big enough for a big chicken, maybe a tiny turkey or breast, for sure. I have a tri-tip roast I'm putting in there next! It's a good 5 lbs. I think I'm going to use my stand, though, to get more airflow rather than flat on a grate. Easy to use, the app tells you everything, the meat held at temp while I finished up the rest of the meal. I can't wait to find a permanent home in my kitchen. Happy smoking!

Great appliance! Good for apartments that don’t allow open fire grills or smokers. Adequate size and performance is awesome. No smoke escapes, in fact hardly smell it while cooking. Would recommend to anyone wanting a smaller smoker and the convenience of doing it indoors.

The instructions were easy to follow. Set up was quick and easy. My first attempt was Buffalo Wings for Super Bowl Sunday. Wings came out moist and delicious and the hickory smoked flavor was awesome. As I write this there is a brisket in the smoker. I live in northeast Ohio and to be able to use this smoker indoors twelve months out of the year and achieve the same quality is amazing.

I’ve smoked turkey legs and wings. This was my first smoke and it turned out amazing!! I have did three different kinds of chicken wings. Last night I made macaroni and cheese. Tonight I will make the peach cobbler or apple cobbler. This is easy to use and I love it!! The house smells soooo good while smoking.

I like the size, enjoy the features, seamless integration with the phone ap for iPhone is wonderful. I enjoy the preset features for cuts of meat, the temp probe and phone alerts make smoking easy. Reading the directions is important on this model!!!!

Unit was easy to use , read directions in order to properly prime smoke unit. Easy to clean as well. It obviously will have a residual smoke order, but a lot of foods do when you cook. Highly recommended this unit , quality, looks, design, and ease of use.
