The order of setup and the instructions for initial use were not really organized well. I found myself going back and forth between pages to be sure I was doing the initial setup steps in the right order. The first thing I wanted to try was smoked chicken wings. Finding the setting for chicken wings was really easy. Just turn the dial and push the dial then press start. Super easy. The cook time was a bit longer than I thought it would be but once you set it and go find something to do it really goes by quick. While smoking, I was amazed that the house didn't smell like something was smoking. How does it do that?! The ventilation system is really good. And the flavor of those wings were so good. Although there are other recipes in the recipe book that came with the smoker that I will one day try, I will likely just use it to smoke my chicken wings bc that flavor was amazing. Cleanup was easy. The waste bin is located conveniently in the front. So is the pellet bin. Disposing the used wood pellets was easy and mess-free. Reloading the pellets was simple and clean. The door is secure and opens smoothly and quietly. It operates quietly, as well. This is a high quality device. Also, connecting to the internet was also a breeze. There's an app that gets you easily connected to wifi. I don't really need the remote access to it because of the amount of time it takes to smoke food but its's a really cool app and I love having the latest technology. Overall, this appliance is fantastic. It also very nice looking. It add so much sophistication to my counertop.

I have enjoyed cooking with pellets as I can easily flavor my food by using them in the smoker and they make clean up a breeze! I found that it was easy to clean with a simple swipe of a damp cloth on the interior and then a scrub of the drip pan and we are done! I will deep clean my grates once a month to ensure they are shiny and clean, but any food debris completely wipes off using a rag. I am highly impressed with this smoker and would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves to grill or smoke meats! 10/10 stars on this one from my family!

Love this thing it is amazing and the temperature probe is great it cooks food to perfection. Holds enough pellets to get a good smoke. Food comes out flavorful and delicious every time. The size is perfect for a family of 4. The controls are easy to use and understand. It is quality construction and heavy duty.

I absolutely love my smokeless grill, I have used it several times and hadn’t disappointed me yet, the ease of use, the performance is amazing, smokeless indeed, the taste was delicious and I highly recommend purchasing, well worth the cost, especially a person like myself living in an apartment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect smoker for a family. We smoked an 8lb brisket with better than expected results. I was skeptical at first but the appliance worked great. The brisket was cut into 3 pieces to fit in the racks. We did leave it longer than recommended but it still came out very tender with a good crust and best of all...smokey. Next time I will use the temperature probe instead. We did not have any lingering smoke odor in the house, just the smell of the brisket slow cooking. Controls were intuitive and easy to use. Awesome little appliance to get that smoked taste without the outdoor hassle. The SmartHQ App kept hanging up at the legal terms so wasn't used but we were able to use the appliance just fine without it.

I love the fact that even in an apartment or indoor setting i can still have smoked food! The smell coming off of the smoker smells reminiscent of firewood so it doesn't stink up the house. The temperature and smoke controls are two different things which gives so much flexibility when cooking.
