[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new indoor smokeless smoker from GE is an absolute game changer when it comes to smoking food! It comes with a very detailed instruction manual that makes setting it up and using it a breeze! There is a water chamber and also a chamber for the wood pellets. There are many different options on the screen for different meats that you might smoke. It’s so easy to use and is nice and compact to use on my countertop. I can’t get over how awesome this technology is and can’t wait to try all of the recipes I have planned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received and used the new GE Profile Smart Indoor Smoker, I was very skeptical on how this was going to work because I’ve used an outdoor electric smoker and an outdoor regular smoker and it was hard for me to imagine being able to smoke indoors without any smoke But I was very impressed with the GE Indoor smoker. It was easy to set up, it was easy to use, I smoked chicken wings and a pork roast and both turned out delicious and full of flavor. And it really is smokeless I used it indoors And didn’t have any issues with smoke. This is an awesome smoker and a great option for indoors whether you want to use it in your garage or in your home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this the past three days for three different types of meat and are shocked how amazing and easy it is to smoke inside the home!! First off, the instruction manual made setting up super simple. The smoker is smaller than the box which made it fit perfectly under our counter with space needed for the unit. It came with enough pellets for one smoked meal. Very helpful! It took about 20 minutes to put together and prime the auger and we were off! First meal we did was salmon and oh my gosh, 90 minutes it was ready and tasted immaculate. 2 of my meals I used the auto settings with the timer and they were juicy, completely cooked, and not over done. We were impressed. The third time we did a whole chicken, like the recipe book explains, but with the temperature probe. Again, perfection all around. The roaster chicken fit on one shelf and I was able to put a few leg quarters in the bottom for the kids too. The one thing that is a set back is cleaning. The metal racks are simple with dishwasher cleaning. The drip pan needs hand washed and cleaning the sides can be difficult since abrasive cleaners like oven spray aren’t allowed. I lined the drip pan with foil to help with cleanup. Overall, we love this machine and are planning a 4th night of smoking, this time with beef ribs!! We love this thing!! Also wanted to add there will be a smoke smell in your house. It’s not a perfect thing. It is similar to being at a bbq restaurant or using a woods burning fireplace in your home. It’s a nice smell and isn’t Smokey at all. We like the way it smells. Much like using an oven for baking.

You can tell the thoughtfulness that went into the design - every feature feels like it was made with the end user in mind - the easy pre-set settings, the intuitive display, a built-in temperature probe for perfect cooking every time, the app, the keep warm feature, the smoke clearing feature, the dishwasher-safe grates, the easy clean-up drip pan and pellet waste bin... everything is extremely user friendly. I don't own an outdoor smoker, but have already smoked two different kinds of meats and they came out tasting excellent. And with the 3 racks, it can hold a surprising amount of meat. I think I just discovered my new favorite kitchen appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This indoor smoker has changed the things we are able to eat during the cold winter months here. We are now able to smoke meats indoors, without the smoke, just the sweet, sweet smell of smoked food. This smoker is very simple to set up, get the app all set up, and ready to start the first smoking job, with the ease of the app and the instructions included, we were ready to begin in no time! There are 5 adjustable smoke settings, and 6 preset settings for this smoker, the preset options are nice for the beginner smoker, and the 5 adjustable settings are great for a person who has experience, and wants to experiment to get their perfect flavor. The pellets are very simple to use, and not many are required for each use, it is very efficient, and a lot less used than with an outdoor smoker. The pellets are collected in a water tank making clean up a breeze, as you let them cool and throw them out. The drip pan is very simple to clean as well, just wipe it out, then wipe clean with dish soap. The 3 racks, are also not hard to clean, as they can be soaked, and food comes right off. The built in temperature probe is very handy, as it is always updating the app with the temp of the food, as well as it is very simple to use without the app to see the temp of the food. The pulled pork that we had smoked turned out fantastic with this smoker, better than we ever imagined, the flavor was perfect, not strong, and definitely not weak. The pork pulled apart with ease, had the perfect smoked color, and flavor. The smoker is the depth of a normal size counter, after it cooled down, we cleaned it, we have it stored in the cabinet, as to not take up all our counter space. The smoker, does provide a strong smoking smell into our home, it is not vented out very well, making our home smell like a firepit. Overall the food smoked is great, flavor is amazing, easy set up, wonderful app control, we have no complaints!

I can try out recipes and have fun while trying to be a perfectionist in the comfort of my home. I couldn't wait to try this so I did ribs first. They turned out really good and my apartment smelled wonderful too!! I tried a brisket and IT WAS GREAT!! I am going to try a ham tomorrow but am so pleased with this product!! I'm still figuring the app out but am really happy with the indoor smoker and so pleased a trusted company produced such a wonderful product for those who do not have outdoor spaces. I strongly recommend this to anyone who wants to have the opportunity to smoke meat!! I am sure I'll be using this every weekend and for many special occasions. Also it is a pellet smoker.i love cooking food it .my new favorite way to cook . This smoker is high quality and well made. Clean up is easy and a breeze. I definitely would recommend this ge smoker to anyone.

Food smoked in the indoor smoker is on par with my outside pellet smoker. Way more convenient that smoking outside, set and forget. Raining?, cold outside?, too hot outside?, have other things to do and can't be attending the smoker for hours? doesn't matter. You can smoke your ribs comfortably inside while you do other things.

Works as advertised. Easy to use. No smoke (though you will smell the wood aroma which is awesome!) Has three racks. I was able to do a 12 pound brisket on two racks. Next did some baby back ribs. Both were great! WIFI connected and you can control a lot of setting straight from the app. My only issue is with cleaning the inside of the smoker. Some what difficult and really should be done while the oven is still warm. If you let it sit a day, get ready to scrub for a while.

I just used my smoker for the first time today !! I already love it ... I was apprehensive when I first heard about an indoor smoker and thought there's no way you could keep the smoke under control in your house.. but I found out today it absolutely does .. the flavor is awesome, better than off my Traeger pellet smoker .. I liked how easy it is to use, the compactness makes it so easy to fix a meal in a smaller surface for a smaller group rather using a full size grill/smoker .. Am anxious to keep learning and cooking with it .. It's just a really great and easy smoker to use and the smoky flavor is amazing.
