We like to smoke brisket year round and being in the Midwest it makes for uncomfortable weather conditions while smoking. This indoor smoker is beautiful and amazing. It has several cooking modes including Brisket which makes it super easy. The racks are very nice and has a drip pan as well as thermometer. It also has an auto keep warm feature that is phenomenal. This was easy to set up. I was slightly intimidated at the thought of operating it but it was a breeze and comes with very detailed instructions. This is a MUST buy!

This indoor smoker puts out an unacceptable level of fumes. It's not not smoke that escapes but strong cooking fumes that affected everyone with allergies in my house and made eyes burn. I do not recommend it for indoor use. We thought at first that the temperature probe was keeping the door from closing all the way. But the fumes continued even after I cleared the smoker, removed the probe, carefully resealed the door, and continued cooking. This was a waste of money.

However, the active smoke filtration system fell short; lingering cooking smells persisted in my house the next day. Despite this drawback, I eagerly anticipate utilizing it for my annual summer BBQ. The added convenience of Wi-Fi features, allowing for meal preparation even when I'm away at the office, makes it an invaluable addition to my kitchen. I love the fact that you can cook and smoke your meats right in your own kitchen with real wood pellets and not have to worry about smoke in your the house. This smoker has a filter system that really works well keeping the smoke from escaping into the house. In addition, there are pre-programmed settings for so many meats including pork, beef, ribs and so much more. This smoker cooks well and smokes even better. Only downside you should have a dedicated circuit for this indoor smoker. Good news is we had one. If your looking for an absolutely amazing in door smoker that uses real wood pellets you found it. I would say that this smoker works just as well if not better than the outdoor smoker that I have. I would and have recommended this smoker to friends and family!

The smoker works well. I have used it three times, beef ribs, brisket and pork ribs. I used the recommended settings for all three. The beef ribs turned out the best at the recommended probe temp of 190 degrees. Both the brisket and the pork ribs turned out a little dry using the probe temp of 200 and 190 respectively. Perhaps the temp probe is not accurate, so it might require experimenting some, perhaps using an external temp probe for comparison. Otherwise, all the controls worked well, and the smoking process went smoothly. No smoke in the house and the unit is quiet.

I had an outdoor smoker for years before I moved to an urban environment. I tried everything for years to include electric outdoor smokers but to no avail. When I saw this product announced I was extremely skeptical. I've done multiple smokes on difficult meats and this thing is as good as it gets to replicate a smoker indoors. Its your 80% solution to smoking meats indoors.

Absolutely love my GE Profile Smoker (Arden). I use it multiple times a week and it does a decent job. Mind you this does not replace or beat a real smoker, but for indoor and ease of use, it has a nice smoke profile on the meats and it does not get much easier than this device. I knocked off 1 star because my first one was defective, and my second one has a knob which turns really roughly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simply unbelievable. The kitchen smells like BBQ but there is not one puff of smoke outside this machine. And it smokes great!!! The machine is easy to use and has presets for those who are experienced. If you make a change (temp, time, smoke, etc) it will remember it for the next time (yes, you can reset if you need to). When it is done cooking, the temp drops and it goes into warm mode. No more waking up in the middle of the night to time the cooking right. I could not be happier

It works well with wifi and the app. I love smoking food but hate going outside in the cold to do it. This totally eliminates the problem since it's in the house. The food tastes great! I have smoked whole chickens and beef roasts so far. I really liked the wood pellets that came with it. The recipe book was very helpful also. I absolutely love this I door smoker!! I encourage anyone who loves smoked meat and easy cooking to purchase this.
