Love this thing it is amazing and the temperature probe is great it cooks food to perfection. Holds enough pellets to get a good smoke. Food comes out flavorful and delicious every time. The size is perfect for a family of 4. The controls are easy to use and understand. It is quality construction and heavy duty.

This indoor smoker puts out an unacceptable level of fumes. It's not not smoke that escapes but strong cooking fumes that affected everyone with allergies in my house and made eyes burn. I do not recommend it for indoor use. We thought at first that the temperature probe was keeping the door from closing all the way. But the fumes continued even after I cleared the smoker, removed the probe, carefully resealed the door, and continued cooking. This was a waste of money.

It was easy to assemble with the help of the manual and was easy to follow. The cooking process was great and the result was outstanding. I couldn't believe i can get best results even when i cook indoor. It is easy to clean as well and easy to keep. Great product and I highly recommend this.

Being from the Midwest, and a city where we’re proud of our BBQ (we think we’re number 1 in the US!), I had to try out this indoor smoker. I’ve frequently used smokers over the last 15 years from old school to new/advanced. I have to say this one tops them all. Upon arrival, I was impressed how compact it was yet it has plenty of room for smoking a whole brisket, racks of ribs, or wings. I’ve tried out some smoked wings and a brisket on separate occasions. Let’s start with set up: - the app took minutes to set up - the app is bi-directional meaning you can SEND COMMANDS to the smoker and adjust it while being away from the kitchen - the pellets come in different flavors and have been wonderful so far Set up: - the smoker turns on and has its settings prompted right away with recommendations - it takes seconds to add pellets, water, insert the thermometer and START! It’s amazing watching the action take place from behind the window and if you ever want to air out the smoke in the smoker you simply can. Our smoker was next to our window but it didn’t give our home any trouble for the air quality. We keep an air purifier nearby and it never dropped below 90%. The recommended settings worked out perfectly as I had nothing to adjust. My family tried the meat without knowing I had a new smoker and received nothing but praise and compliments. It’s officially passed the test and surpassed all my top quality smokers that are outside. During the winter; this will be used weekly as we’re excited to replicate all of our favorite dishes. This is simply a must have. It’s the best, priced competitively, easy to clean, and simply revolutionary in this space. Just wow. This will make a great gift for anyone who is interested in the smoking hobby! We highly recommend it!

We used it at least 5 times in December and two times so far this month. The preset food settings are a big plus. No more guessing how long to let any meat cook. The fact that it also features five different smoke settings makes such a difference. Our old traditional smoker only smoked food one way. I tend to like some meats less smoke-flavored than others. Being able to adjust the amount has been great, and we are all enjoying that feature. There is also a temperature probe built in so you can check your smoking meat without the hassle of finding a meat thermometer. Using the pellets is very easy. There is a place at the top of the smoker to put in the amount of pellets needed to create the right amount of smokiness that you would like. After the meat is cooked and clean-up time comes, the smoker extinguishes the pellets that you used and pellets and keeps them in a tank for super fast and easy cleanup. The glass doors let you watch what you are cooking, a feature that my kids love to keep checking on. The one feature that I love, and find to be unique is the smoke and hold feature. I can cook the main course and then the smoker will keep it at the right temperature until it is time to eat. I would recommend the GE Profile Smart Indoor Smoker to anyone who loves to smoke meat, wants convenience, and loves an excellent quality product.

Living in an apartment that doesn't allow grills or smokers is a tough life. When I first came across this crazy "indoor" smoker I thought, no way. I put it in my cart immediately and then did my research. Post after post saying how awesome this product is really sold me on it. So far I've smoked 2 chickens, brisket and just finished some maple bourbon pork belly. All came out amazing. This the best purchase I've made since my suviede. I'm still tweaking my rubs, brines and cures on my favorite new hobby. Thanks for creating this amazing machine

It has 3 removable racks so its easy to adjust what height you need for whatever you decide to smoke. It has accessories that are included, a counter guard to protect it, drip pan, temperature probe and holder . It has so many features and very easy to use and the clean up takes only a minute or 2. It even has a clear smoke button you use before you open the door. I made chicken breasts several times and a ham. They all turned out great. I also love you can decide on the smoke level or no smoke at all. It uses hard wood pellets and they are not expensive and you dont use alot. It came with a bag of them and I also bought apple, cherry and mesquite. You can also keep your food warm until your ready to eat it. The smell was the same like you use your oven. It was very easy to set up. It is a high quality product and I highly recommend it.
