I will comment that I liked this product. The first time I used it, it worked like a smoker. Unfortunately, the second time, the appliance got stuck in preheating and never finished, so I couldn’t smoke my brisket and had to return it. Sadly, it was too good to be true that we could smoke our food indoors the house.

The app is useful when you have to go do laundry but want to smoke a turkey breast for Thanksgiving! It has preset cool settings for a novice like me or custom cook if you are a smoking Joe. It left a nice bark and a wonderful smoke flavor. We've been smoking almost every other meal since we got it! We really loved pairing it with the Kona wood chips! This Smoker is everything!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received and used the new GE Profile Smart Indoor Smoker, I was very skeptical on how this was going to work because I’ve used an outdoor electric smoker and an outdoor regular smoker and it was hard for me to imagine being able to smoke indoors without any smoke But I was very impressed with the GE Indoor smoker. It was easy to set up, it was easy to use, I smoked chicken wings and a pork roast and both turned out delicious and full of flavor. And it really is smokeless I used it indoors And didn’t have any issues with smoke. This is an awesome smoker and a great option for indoors whether you want to use it in your garage or in your home

This is not a small unit, you will need some counter space. I smoked a pork shoulder and it cooked to perfection. It took hours but the Wi-Fi app came in handy. The smoked flavor came through and my home was filled with nice aroma. Guests devoured this and was amazed at how it tasted. I still need to work on other meats to cook. I didn’t find any joy in cleaning the machine but who does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have cooked steak, chicken, sausages, and baked potato in this. It has presets for different types of meat or you can customize your own. Load the pellets in the hopper, make sure there of water in the bin. Start it up and let it preheat. It’s quiet and I didn’t have any smoke smell in my kitchen. It cooked everything perfectly to what I had set the temp and smoke level to. It’s a smaller unit, so you won’t really be able to smoke nothing large in it. It was easy to assemble. I like the thermometer that comes with it so you can make sure your food is cooked to the correct temperature.

I’ve never saw anything like this before.It makes the best smoked food that I can cook right in my Kitchen and it doesn’t smoke my house up!It fit 3 slabs of ribs perfectly in there!There are no additional filters to replace or clean. Best part is you connect it to Wi-Fi and it has an app it’s very easy to set up and it allows me to be fully in control of it! Perfect size it doesn’t take up alot of space either!

We like to smoke brisket year round and being in the Midwest it makes for uncomfortable weather conditions while smoking. This indoor smoker is beautiful and amazing. It has several cooking modes including Brisket which makes it super easy. The racks are very nice and has a drip pan as well as thermometer. It also has an auto keep warm feature that is phenomenal. This was easy to set up. I was slightly intimidated at the thought of operating it but it was a breeze and comes with very detailed instructions. This is a MUST buy!

The order of setup and the instructions for initial use were not really organized well. I found myself going back and forth between pages to be sure I was doing the initial setup steps in the right order. The first thing I wanted to try was smoked chicken wings. Finding the setting for chicken wings was really easy. Just turn the dial and push the dial then press start. Super easy. The cook time was a bit longer than I thought it would be but once you set it and go find something to do it really goes by quick. While smoking, I was amazed that the house didn't smell like something was smoking. How does it do that?! The ventilation system is really good. And the flavor of those wings were so good. Although there are other recipes in the recipe book that came with the smoker that I will one day try, I will likely just use it to smoke my chicken wings bc that flavor was amazing. Cleanup was easy. The waste bin is located conveniently in the front. So is the pellet bin. Disposing the used wood pellets was easy and mess-free. Reloading the pellets was simple and clean. The door is secure and opens smoothly and quietly. It operates quietly, as well. This is a high quality device. Also, connecting to the internet was also a breeze. There's an app that gets you easily connected to wifi. I don't really need the remote access to it because of the amount of time it takes to smoke food but its's a really cool app and I love having the latest technology. Overall, this appliance is fantastic. It also very nice looking. It add so much sophistication to my counertop.

It has 3 removable racks so its easy to adjust what height you need for whatever you decide to smoke. It has accessories that are included, a counter guard to protect it, drip pan, temperature probe and holder . It has so many features and very easy to use and the clean up takes only a minute or 2. It even has a clear smoke button you use before you open the door. I made chicken breasts several times and a ham. They all turned out great. I also love you can decide on the smoke level or no smoke at all. It uses hard wood pellets and they are not expensive and you dont use alot. It came with a bag of them and I also bought apple, cherry and mesquite. You can also keep your food warm until your ready to eat it. The smell was the same like you use your oven. It was very easy to set up. It is a high quality product and I highly recommend it.

I want to start by saying, I never wrote reviews, but this smoker deserves it! I have only ever used outdoor smokers. I got this bad boy as a Christmas gift to replace a well used, worn out outdoor pellet smoker. I was skeptical at first and didn’t believe all the great reviews. I finally used it today and let me just say, I AM A BELIEVER!!! This smoker did more than I could have ever imagined or expected! It’s not as big as a conventional outdoor setup, but it definitely works just as well, if not better! It’s pricey, but worth every dollar! You definitely won’t regret it!
