[Employee of ge_appliances] I enjoy being able to make grilled/smoked meat inside. I am getting better at gauging how long and what temp to cook my favorite cut of meat. I was afraid the house would smell like smoke. It smells just as if I would have cooked the item in the oven. I have to use the 5-smoke setting as the 3-setting provided little to no smoke flavor.

I purchased the profile indoor smoker because I live in a small rural town and have nowhere outside to put a pellet smoker and I can say since I’ve purchased it I have used it every day it is a versatile tool in the kitchen for cooking food with delicious smoked flavor the pulled pork I made was what sealed the deal 13 hour smoke came out perfect flavorful and juicy and I love the ease of use provided by the app and the fact that it gives maximum flavor while keeping cleanup and pellet use to a minimum everything about it is built solid and made for long lasting cooking I am a very happy customer.

Made a bunch of cooks in it and definitely fulfills my need for smoked food while confined to an apartment. I have made brisket, ribs, and chicken in it and can definitely taste the smoke flavor and the auto warm feature is really convenient for longer cooks like brisket. Cleaning the unit after cooking is pretty easy but does take more time and frequent cleans than other tabletop appliances.

The only downfall is this thing is heavy and it is a bit large. The need for a dedicated circuit is a bit of a pain as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is it possible for a small kitchen appliance to change your life? This indoor smoker did just that. We love to fire up our outdoor grill for cooking ribs, steaks, chicken, but it's a pretty time-intensive and labor-intensive process. We need to prepare in advance, and also we really rely on the weather to cooperate since it's tough to BBQ outside when it starts raining. This GE Profile indoor smoker allows us to get the same (IF NOT BETTER) real wood-smoked BBQ flavor from a small counter-top appliance with all the convenience of putting something in a toaster oven. Install: very easy to set up. Installed the app on my phone so we could monitor the smoking process. App was wifi based, so we could check the progress from anywhere in the house. There were some metal racks to install. Prep: we seasoned the brisket the night before. Filled the pellet hopper with the Kona 100% Pure Wood Pellets. Added water to the bin where the used pellets go. Cooking: we set the smoker to "Brisket Mode" at 225 degrees for 8 hours. Inserted the temp probe into the brisket. We let the brisket smoke for about 2 hours, then rotated it and smoked for another 3 hours. We took it out and glazed it with syrup and apple cider vinegar and cooked for another 3 hours or so. Taste: this brisket tasted amazing. So soft and juicy brimming with real smoke wood flavor. Can't wait to try some pork ribs next!

I absolutely love my smokeless grill, I have used it several times and hadn’t disappointed me yet, the ease of use, the performance is amazing, smokeless indeed, the taste was delicious and I highly recommend purchasing, well worth the cost, especially a person like myself living in an apartment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box was huge but once we unboxed everything it was a great size for indoor smoking. We always crave good ribs or brisket but it's so hard to find. This is easily the best new staple in our home. Now we can cook those delicious meats without having to worry about cooking times and temps. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. There is enough space in there for a family dinner or a big feast for the extended family. The first time we used it it did have a slight melted plastic smell but it quickly went away. The meat was cooked perfectly and best of all effortlessly. It tends to rain where we live which makes it hard to cook outdoors, but this indoor smoker solves all of those problems. I really like that the smoker itself does not heat up the area around it too much either and I feel safe having it insode my home.

I was very skeptical about this product , but luckily this smoker has been a blessing!! It’s not going to give you the same smoke from an offset but it’s pretty darn close in flavor from a pellet smoker. Cleaning is a pain but it’s an indoor smoker what do you expect. I haven’t done a brisket yet but ribs, chicken, chuck roast, steaks, jalapeño poppers and pork belly have all came out wonderful in this smoker. Just remember To rotate the racks because it does get hot at the bottom as per instructions say. Overall great smoker for indoors especially if you live in an apartment complex or you just don’t wanna go outside to smoke!!!

It says it is a smoker even tho it’s only a hint of smoke but for a busy person like me, I can do two things at once & still cook real good restaurant-like meals 😃!!! We don’t have to always buy food; I can easily prep at night or in d morning & leave it smoking for 6 hours & by d time m done w/ my other task, meals r ready! I like it when I can automate things! This does d job for me so it’s definitely a keeper 😁💪!!!

I can try out recipes and have fun while trying to be a perfectionist in the comfort of my home. I couldn't wait to try this so I did ribs first. They turned out really good and my apartment smelled wonderful too!! I tried a brisket and IT WAS GREAT!! I am going to try a ham tomorrow but am so pleased with this product!! I'm still figuring the app out but am really happy with the indoor smoker and so pleased a trusted company produced such a wonderful product for those who do not have outdoor spaces. I strongly recommend this to anyone who wants to have the opportunity to smoke meat!! I am sure I'll be using this every weekend and for many special occasions.
