I was honestly blown away by how effective this indoor smoker is. As someone who lives in an apartment and can’t use an outdoor smoker, this has completely changed my cooking game. The flavor it gives to meats, veggies, and even cheese is rich, deep, and authentic — just like a traditional smoker.

I love it! We’ve already done chicken and fish we’ve also smoked cherries for cocktails! It’s fun to use and makes amazing meals so much easier!

This is a great machine with a couple of notes. Producing more smoke would be nice. Even in the highest smoke setting. Circulation could be better. It’s significantly hotter at the top of the chamber. Especially on the top right side. Requiring turning of the item multiple times during the cook to prevent burning. You can increase smoke into the item by waiting till the preheat is over then waiting to put your item in until you actually see smoke. You can easily lose 25min waiting for smoke to start going. It Would be nice if smoke actually started at the end of the preheat cycle. That out of the way…. I would buy this machine again.

Overall the unit works pretty well. Like any smoker there's a learning curve for it. The only 1 star ding is for the waste bin that won't stay shut and keeps slipping forward. I had to secure that with a bit of painters tape to keep it from triggering the 'open bin' alert.

This product is great! It's easy to use and understand. Clean up is a little involved but not bad at all. I highly recommend it if you're not that great into outdoor smoking. The space that it takes up is not too much. I would have like to see a thermometer port for each levels incase you're smoking three different items.

Wow. This is one of those rare times when a product didn’t just mostly do what was claimed or sort of do it but not really well. This thing seriously smokes, does it well, and really does not release any of the smoke. It arrived yesterday and I used it today. Whole chicken, no time to brine it, but it was incredibly juicy with a real smoke flavor. And… no smoke in our home! Our air purifier barely noticed a thing. Now, the area will smell like you’re smoking something, but once done it dissipated pretty quickly.

I’m really impressed with the build quality of this smoker—it looks fantastic in my home. The smoke flavor is amazing, and the pellets work great. Cleaning is a breeze, and the controls are intuitive and easy to use. The performance, temperature control, and cooking capacity are all excellent, making it a top-notch choice for indoor smoking.

I use a traditional outdoor wood chip smoker very regularly and have a lot of experience across different food types. I am pleased to say that your conventional smoking experience translates easily and directly to this new indoor smoker, however the indoor unit is far less complicated to achieve the very same results. This unit is approximately the size of a mini fridge and commands a presence on your countertop, but is modern looking and does not seem out of place. The internal volume is reasonable and appropriate for smoking a one to two meals worth of food at once. I found that the extreme convenience and smart features (that guide your smoking process and provide insight to what’s going on via the connected app) do make up for any volume limitations. Convenience is the key word here – gone is the endless shuffle of adding chips or water as you race back and forth between the comforts of indoors and the interested insects, blistering summer heat, or the bite of a frosty winter. Instead, the connected app keeps you informed and there is simply less to do after initial setup. When the smoking process is complete the unit’s smoke elimination process completely cleans the air (without needing filters) and doesn’t simply evacuate smoke into your home. Chicken wings and legs have been a regular (and easy!) occurrence thanks to the GE Profile Smart Electric Smoker, and the conservative interior volume seems to translate to keeping meat far more moist than my outdoor unit – fish especially. Cleaning is also far easier than traditional units, and the smell from your last cook does not linger. Every annoyance of outdoor smoking seems directly addressed and overcome by this unit, and the quality of the food is amazing every time. Do you remember the food replicator on Star Trek that can create any food on demand? The GE Profile Smart Electric Smoker almost feels like that. Seriously, this thing is amazing!
