I've been taking these capsules for about a month usually in the morning and evening. I think it works good. I suffer from nausea and I feel this helps.

This is one of the better Probiotics to me. It just takes time to get into my system. They seem to help with my bloating and acid reflux which gives me great joy. So far so good!
