Got these for my wife as a hopeful help to get things moving. After 2 weeks of taking them she has started to add Metamucil as the enzyme wasn't working on its own.

Works great. I am able to digest the food I eat better, I no longer feel like food is just setting in my stomach for days. I don't feel bloated as much. No after taste and easy to swallow.

These enzymes are super easy to take. The capsule is on the smaller side and easy to take. There's not a nasty smell or taste. When taking these I took as instructed didn't notice any major bloating or cramps.

I love how one vegan capsule has 60 billion cfu and 12 different strains of bacteria to get your gut working it's best. They are easy to swallow, but a little on the large size.
