I take these digestive enzymes everyday. They help with my PCOS symptoms (i get really bloated after eating carbs) as well as for my lactose sensitivity. I used to get so bloated i looked like i was about to give birth. After i started taking these I thankfully havent experienced that haha. Really good price and effective

I like how this is an all in one capsule for gut health. I suffer from some pretty bad intestinal issues and my Dr is always going on about prebiotics and probiotics so I gave it a try. Never going back, these are magic!

I take it for gut health and hope that it balances out the battle of good and bad bacteria in there. I think its helping based on my "output". TMI, but trying to keep all that business in a uniformed condition and well its taking shape instead of all rushing out at once. The doctor says its a good sign if intake of food and supplements to be working. I will say, the containers are great too, that's likely an odd comment, but it seems wasteful to throw them away. It would be great to reuse if possible, or get refills in a packet, and refill the bottle a few times before tossing. I do save one to take on trips instead of taking the whole bottle with me.

I have been using these probiotics to help with my digestive issues. They took a few days to work, but I could definitely tell the difference. They even helped me go to the bathroom more. They do not need to be refrigerated, so they last longer than other types of probiotics.

I read online that you can test probiotics by putting them in milk. If the probiotics are alive and active, your milk will turn into yogurt. I placed the powder of one probiotic capsule in a glass of milk, just to check it out. Let me tell you, it was a thick yogurt in alittle less than two hours. It definitely has live and active probiotics. This helped with constipation and kept my bloated belly gone. If I only found this during summer I would have worn my bikini daily.

I've been on a clean keto diet and one of the disadvantages was irregularity. I'd go days without a bowel movement and felt bloated and uncomfortable.
